Description of Work: I woke up to a fountain coming from a broken pipe outside. On a holiday weekend. Yay. These guys showed up quickly, and charged a very reasonable price for emergency service. I don't remember how much it was, but I do remember asking him to repeat it, because I thought I heard him wrong. Will definitely call them again, although hopefully not soon.

Description of Work: their service was acceptable and their quoted price was acceptable However, overall was as follows: They were given detailed information on my problem but when they arrived they did not have the necessary tools which required a return trip. I was charged for two trips when the work should have been competed in one trip resulting, in my opinion, an overcharge.
