Awesome customer service! He was very punctual and with my husband not being home he explained everything thoroughly. He showed me how to fix the problem if it ever occurred again. But the most importantly, I mentioned an additional plumbing problem I was having and he looked into without hesitation. Very pleased with his service. Highly recommend Discount Plumbing Repair!!!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work done as well as the courtesy and professionalism I had the pleasure to experience from Discount Plumbing both from the operator who took my call (I only wish I knew her name) to Jermon Brown, the repairman who did the work for me (top shelf, all around). My problem was a ruptured pipe that came as a result of the Christmas freeze. So, their promptness of action, quality of work and friendliness was deeply appreciated by me. Truly the spirit of the holiday, Thanks guys!

First, we received a call exactly when the plumber, Jermon Brown, would arrive and he and his assistant came on time. Both were polite and professional and got right to work. My waterline connection was not compatible with the new faucet and Jermon stated he needed to get a simple adapter for it. He left and came back with the parts and completed the entire job in about and hour. I asked him how much for the part and he said it was not a problem. This young professional did a fine job. He looked at another job I may have and provided an excellent solution. I recommend him for his quality work, professionalism and ability to complete the job when a issue arises.

Jermon and his crew were great. Plumbing in the house is very old, and the job took much longer than expected but they stuck with it and stuck with the original estimate. Would highly recommend.

The lady on the phone was nice until she realized I was from Saint Amant. She then told me I would be charged a 50 dollar fee for coming out to give an estimate. When I questioned the why this fee since the mileage was minimal, she hung up on me. Will not bother calling again.

Henry showed up on time and called me when he was 20 minutes out so that I would not have to just sit and wait for hours like most venders. Henry worked from arrival to finished and kept me informed the whole way. Henry also cleaned up upon completion, a rare thing now days. Price was fair for work done. Due to the recent flooding and high demand for plumbers, they were unable to help us right away. But they did send out another company to at least clear the ubstuction in the line.- which was greatly appreciated. We still have a giant hole in our yard and a broken sewage pipe.

They came to my home promptly when the appointment was made. Henry walked through the job with me and we came to an agreement with a fair price. When the work was scheduled Henry showed up on time and had all material, tools and quickly went to work removing the existing piping. He was very courteouse, professional and completed all the work we had agreed on. There were a couple issues that came up during the process and Henry took care of of them without charging me extra and that says a lot about the man and the company he works for. The work site was cleaned up after completion and I would highly recommend Discount Plumbing Repair to anyone that needs an honest and fair priced contractor to take care of any plumbing issues. Can't thank them enough and Henry was a pleasure to work with.

We arranged everything, services and appointment time thru messages on Angies List. The plumping tech.(Henry) called before arrival. His appearance and demeanor was professional in every way. It was his first time installing the type of toilet we had purchased. Works great. Because of the age of our home he replaced the drain type in tub.Works great. We were very pleased with the service we received.

The plumber arrived early and was quick to assess my problem. He was very pleasant and informative. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes and also provided several recommendations to me so I would not have the same problem. Very reasonable price, and I'll certainly call them again for my plumbing needs.

The technician was prompt and completed the work timely and satisfactorily. When I called with questions my calls were answered promptly. I would have no problem calling Jermon for another job.

American Home Warranty sent Discount Plumbing to fix my garbage disposal and Diverter. Jermon Brown was punctual, efficient, knowledgable and very courteous. He replaced the items that were covered under the warranty. I asked him to give me a quote on 2 tub drains and when I was okay with the price he did those and didn't have to reschedule which was great for me. I paid the AHS service fee of $75 for the garbage disposal and Diverter and $260 for 2 tub drains.

I have used Discount Plumbing before for a number of things (hot water heater replacement, turn off valve installation, dishwasher installation). They are always on time, professional, and give a good price. Even when the job is tricky, Clint is always up front about what needs to be done, but doesn't complain about taking care of it! I would highly recommend this company to others.
