Description of Work: For my original $180 for two hours labor, I received an estimate to take care of minor problems found by a home inspector. I was selling the house and gave the purchaser another $1650 at closing to perform the work. At the same time, I hired another electrician in FL that did a lot more work for 1/3 the cost. However, both the electrician and secretary were pleasant to talk to.

In reviewing the notes from the techs and the inspection report, we do show that quite a bit of work was required to correct the electrical issues noted in the report, including replacing a sub panel and ground rods among several other items. This work required permitting and inspection. We reviewed the tracking on the tech vehicles and show that their time falls in line with the labor noted in the estimate. We proceeded with the work based on your approval of the estimate we provided. Did you solicit other electricians in the Baton Rouge area for an estimate of this work to compare our pricing? If you had, you would have found that our pricing is fair and competitive in this market. Again, we apologize that we did not deliver the service you requested to your satisfaction.

Description of Work: An 18-wheeler struck power lines on our street and ripped the conduit riser, live lines, electrical meter and other equipment off of our house on a weekend. While we were very dissatisfied with the response from our power company, the police and public service commission, we were very impressed with Cajun Electric's response, repairs and professionalism in correcting what they confirmed was a very dangerous situation that had not been properly addressed by the authorities involved. We would gladly use them again.
