I don't think I could say enough about how pleased we were with Zeff and his work. We had 3 bids for this job...all competent arborists with good ratings on Angie's List. Zeff's bid was absolutely the best. Coming out to do the bid and sending us the estimatewas done very quickly. Zeff not only has the knowledge needed, but also is very personable. He is genuinely interested in what you want and doing a good job. You could depend on his punctuality every time. The first day they took the water oak down and fed branches into the chipper. The huge sections of the trunk were picked up later by another worker and special truck. His crew left everything cleaned up. The second day was spent doing all of the other oaks. His crew used ropes to get up in the trees to do the work. There was also a bucket truck used at times. They were respectful of our property. All the debris was taken away. Once again the yard was cleaned up. The crew even used a blower on the roof and patio, etc. to finish the job. Later, Zeff came back to grind the 2 stumps...the new one and one that existed for years. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with an old basketball goal and one of the big trucks. Zeff said he would take care of it to our satisfaction. Ultimately, we decided to take it down. He came back a 3rd day to do the work himself. It was not an easy job, but he stayed with it until he got it down. Later, he even had his people cart it away. This did not impact our satisfaction with the work done. Finally, I can say if you hire Zeff, you will not be disappointed. He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, fair and caring. His crew is well run. At one point, when I was not home, he asked my husband how we liked things so far. He told me later that meant "how doesMrs. W. like it?" Yes, he's married and he "gets" it!!

Owner of the company was right on time and spent alot of time discussing the job and giving me his recommendations. He seemed to be honest and and did not try to get me to do something that I shouldn't. I wish all service companies were like this. Very positive experience.

contacted Biggz by email on a Sunday. The owner, Zefferino, emailed me back later that day. We set up an appointment for him to come out that Thursday. He showed up on time to view the trees I wanted removed. Zefferino emailed me the estimate the next day. I had another tree company give me an estimate just to cut down the water oak, removed debris and grind the stump. That company's estimate was $700 just for the one tree. I agreed to Zefferino's price and his guys came out on Monday to cut down the trees and remove the debris. They came back out the next Monday to grind the stumps. I was very happy with Biggz Tree Care. They gave me a good price, showed up when they said they would and did a good job. Zefferino was very professional throughout the process.

Called and talked to Zeff who came out within a week to meet with me. Very nice guy and very knowledgable. We walked the property and discussed what I wanted done, and he even gave me some suggestions. I had an estimate within 3 days and once I agreed to the work he came out one more time to get a gameplan for the work. They were at the house a week later. It took 2 days because of the amount of work and the weather was not cooperating. I had them come back once after to take care of some minor stuff. Overall I was really pleased with the work. They came in and left the yard just as they found it. Really professional operation.

Zefferino and his crew from Biggz did a wonderful job. All of my questions/, hone calls and e-mails were answered in a timely fashion. The crew was always on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. I got several quotes and Biggz was the most reasonable. The tree was in a tricky spot between power lines, my house, a brick bbq pit and my fig trees.. They got it done safely without damaging anything. The stump grinding was especially impressive. The yard looks quite nice.The crew also cleaned off my driveway where they had been working. It looked much better after the work than before.I would not hesitate to use them again and give Biggz my highest reccomendation.

This was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had for such a particular job. I'm pretty demanding and asked a lot of questions and Zefferino handled it all well. Even more amazing was the fact that after removing our trees, Zefferino's wife had a baby the very next day, and he was apologetic that it had to take another day or so to come back and remove the stumps and I certainly understood! It was really good to work with Zefferino and I have recommended BiggZ many times. And congratulations on the baby!

Biggz did a fantastic job! The cost was significantly less than the one other estimate I obtained. Mr. Zeff's team came properly equipped with the tools for the job, including a crane to top out the trees near my home and bring them down piece by piece. They hauled off the large timber and ground up the small limbs as well as the stumps. I will definitely use them for any future tree work and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I obtained 3 estimates and Biggz Professional Tree Care, LLC came in nearly $200 less than the next lowest bidder! Owner, Mr. Zeff, told me it would be approx. 2 wks. until the work could be done (standard time promised by the other cos. also) and on Friday of the second wk., Biggz's 3-man crew arrived and went right to work. They were efficient, capable, very courteous and I was most pleased with the results. I even think they left the area cleaner than when they arrived! The only thing left to do was grinding the crape myrtle stump which Mr. Zeff took care of himself a few days later and that, too, was so well done that you can hardly tell where the stump hole was. From estimate to execution, my experience with Mr. Zeff and his company was totally satisfactory and I wouldn't hesitate to use Biggz again or to recommend the company to my friends.

I am a repeat Biggz Tree Service customer, the reason is quite obvious, why use anyone else?! They proved once again to be true professionals, demonstrating dependability, a quick response time, with conscientious ?insured? workers certified by Louisiana Arborists. These courteous hard workers took care in removing 2 dead trees in close proximity to the house, the removal of 2 other fallen trees, and grinding of 3 stumps at an unbeatable price. The hazard reduction and clean up job completed with care about the environment was beautifully executed, leaving our ranch in perfect condition. I depend on Angie?s List customers to give accurate feedback, I expect the same from my self, accurate feedback, these guys are nice honest hardworking people, doing a great job, for a great price!

Zeff was quick to respond, drive out to the countryside property to evaluate and provide an estimate in writing within a day. I contacted the top three rating approval recommendations on ?Angie List?, his response time and estimate beat the other tree service companies. He and his crew (Grinnan, Jeremy and Milton) took care of removal of 2 large previously fallen trees, disposal of 5 large piles of leftover firewood, chipping of debris and grinding of two large stumps on our property. The price listed included the percentage off for being an Angie?s list customer! Once initial contact was made with the company owner, Zefferino, he promptly came out to my property in the Garden District to provide an estimate. After surveying the job and providing an estimate, he said my husband and I should feel free to obtain more estimates from other tree service companies as well before making a decision. He was that confident in his ability to deliver top-notch service and competitive pricing. We ending up choosing Biggz to complete the project, and are very happy we did. Everyone from Biggz was extremely courteous, completed the pruning in a swift, skilled, and efficient manner, and meticulously cleaned up the debris. Professional in every way. In no way could our experience have been improved upon. Biggz even worked around our schedule at the last minute, when it was discovered that my husband had to have an emergency operation on the same day as pruning. The day before, when I asked if his crew could arrive in the afternoon instead of the morning, in order to allow my husband more time to rest in peace and quiet before surgery (servicing trees is a very noisy affair!) Zefferino complied without hesitation.

Zefferino arrived with his crew on the designated day at the designated time. Zefferino explained all work to be done and exactly how his team would accomplish the job. They removed a 50 foot cypress tree from our fenced back yard and one dead trunk of a river birch. They did a very good job of taking down the tree, removing the debris, and grinding the stump. The crew was very polite, professional, and did the work for the estimated cost which was very competitive. We will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were very professional. They came for the job well-equipped and didn?t stop until the job was completely. After cutting the trees down, they cleaned the entire place, before they left. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use the same in future.

I highly recommend Biggz Professional Tree Care. Our home owners insurance requested overhanging branches to be removed within 15 days. One call to Zefferino, and he promptly came over to give me an estimate. The job was finished within the 15 days. I am very pleased, and will definitely use Biggz again.

The trees that we needed to have removed were some very old and very large trees with big limbs over our hosue. Using a crane and large crew, Biggz removed both trees without major incident. It was a four-day job including all clean-up. For such a large job, the price was very compentitve (got several other quotes) and they delivered.

Best estimate of the 4 I received. Good recommendations from two friends of mine who used this service. He cut down a large red oak tree on my property near my neighbors workshop. not an ease job. He did a careful job and his workers appeared to know what they were doing. Getting the tree out of the back yard was a task (tight squeeze), but they did it without hitting anything. The work was delayed by rain (lots of rain) and an equipment failure. The owner called and told me about the delay and it was fine with me. The only problem was that he had promised to cut up the large branches so I could use it as fire wood. He forgot. To his credit, he hauled wood from another job to my house for me to make it right. He also ground the tree stump and two other stumps in the yard for this price. Good guy, honest, and he did professional work.
