Because we missed the renewal deadline last fall they were going to charge us as though we we were just initiating a contract. Since our former residence has been under contract with Baton Rouge Pest Control, we elected to call them for service. They responded quickly and the work was completed as promised. Aside from the initial outlay, the annual fee is less than that of the other company.
Description of Work: Treated house, inside and outside, for termites--Treated areas susceptible to termites such as behind the tubs in the bathrooms, dug trenches around the foundation, and applied a formula which the owner said was effective for both regular and Formosan termites.

+ -1 moreThey come towards the later part of the month. But they usually call and try and set an appointment for when would be a good time. They charge us on a monthly basis. My wife had been using them before we met and before we got married, so she just continued with them. It's a family owned business. Mostly it is the father who does it. The daughter is off at college. She used to come out most of the time. It is a little difficult to talk to him. He is just a little different. He also teaches at LSU. I have no complaints about his service. I would recommend him. They have been around a while. They are excellent. They are on time. They are very friendly. His daughter was very friendly. He is a little strange, but he is nice. They also live in the neighborhood on the other side of the lake. It is a local company and he has done a good job. As far as I know they have had only one price increase in 15 years from 30 bucks to 40 bucks. So their price is right. We will be using again.
Description of Work: Baton Rouge Pest Control comes out once a month and does the treatment inside and outside the house for fire ants. They also do a termite inspection once a year or twice.
