+ -1 moreWe usually have the technicians come out twice a year to inspect our system under their maintenance plan. Worth every penny (though its a very reasonable plan). They usually find something small to replace (less than $100). Very friendly and honest.
Description of Work: We have used this company for years and have nothing but the best to say about them. They are very prompt, make weekend calls and usually fix the problem without having to wait for a part. They never try to sell us a new unit, only fix the problem with a new part. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreIt was fantastic. The technician came out on Saturday and diagnosed that I needed a completely new air conditioner. Due to the extremely hot weather, I asked if he could do anything to get a new one today. I was relieved when he told me that he could have a new one installed within the hour, and I was even more impressed when he actually followed through on that promise.

+ -1 moreExcellent; while I bought more of a high end brand, ie Trane, they were price competitive (I could have gotten a less expensive product, but chose to go with a name I could trust after research, showed up on time, did what they said they would do, and no surprises. Technicians clean up after themselves too.

+ -1 moreI called them on a recommendation from a friend at 7:45 am on a Monday morning. Thinking I would have to wait a few days to have my A/C checked, I called just to make an appointment for later in the week. I was surprised when they said they would send someone right out. About 30 minutes later, someone was at my house. They looked at the unit and determined it was just low on freon. From phone call to my A/C working, it was about 1.5 hours.
Description of Work: They came out and recharged the freon in my A/C.
