They did a very good job. I have not seen one pest. They were very quick. They are very personable and understanding. They listen to the customer.

They had a better value and price, and were more thorough than the other company we had before.

Everything is going well. I don't usually have an interaction with them. They are pretty reliable.

Its a recognized company and has provided termite and inset control for us over several years. They make sure that we don't have any insect or termites in or near our home.

They were going door to door, and I paid up-front for pest control services. They also gave me a bottle of spray, so that I could use it in between visits.

Overall, everything was fine. They were on time and did the job. I didn't sign up for a yearly maintenance plan, but I thought they did a good job for the one time treatment.

While gardening I spotted bugs near the house that I thought may be termites. After checking Angies List I called Terminix first, knowing that they may be a bit more expensive but the reviews were generally favorable and it's a company that's been around since I can remember. It is a pressure sales technique they use, I'd bet the dude is on commission. He did the free inspection (which all companies seem to offer), didn't see any damage or bugs (I sprayed as soon as I saw them) but none the less he recommended that for my peace of mind I get the Subterranean Termite Plan. I should not have let him talk me into signing up with a $500.00 deposit. You don't get to see the full contract before you sign because it's on his hand-held device but you get the copy by email right away. Long story short I immediately felt like I had been pressured, read the contract and found out you have 3 days to cancel without penalty. I got two other estimates both of which said that I have carpenter ants and the way you treat for those is to spray, not the extensive treatment involved for termites. My main complaint now is that I cancelled within the 3 days but 5 days later my $500.00 was not credited to my account, I called and was told that no request had be made to refund my money! I complained that it should have automatically been done when I cancelled and then specifically said "I request you to refund my money." 6 days later (now 12 days after I cancelled) I called and the request went in 4 days after I asked and I was told that I should get the credit within the next few days. Very unprofessional service overall. If I don't get my money within the next couple of days next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

When the exterminator arrived I provided the above history and identified the hole. Also asked him to cover flowers on the deck to protect them from chemicals. He did not. A fter inspection and extermination process he came inside with the contract for me to sign saying he had identified only ONE CARPENTER BEE. W hen I queried him re what I had to do to assist him with the rmaining inside inspection for termites, etc., his response was, he was not qualified for inspection of that nature and it would be done by someone else in a couple weeks. I became incensed and not very neatly marked through/out the contract as listed and advised him emphatically that the contract was cancelled and that I would pay for his services for THAT DAY ONLY!!!!!!!!!! wHEN HE GAVE ME MY COPY OF THE CONTRACT i NOTED THE DELETED ENTRIES I HAD CANCELED DID NOT APPEAR. The copies were without carbon paper. When requested, he, Gary Byrd, neatly marked through the remaining contract. I might add he was very considerate of my age and physical limitation secondary to significant medical issues. Since that date I have been BILLED ON MY CREDIT CARD, VIA MAIL AND HARASSED BY TELEPHONE CALLS FOR PAYMENT--$462.00 LESS $150.00. This is what I had nullified. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO DESTROY MY IMPECCABLE CREDIT RATING; NOR WILL I ALLOW THEM TO STEAL!!!!!!! As I see it my only option is to turn it over to an attorney for resolution along with my copy of canceled contract. Please note I am NOT a lawsuit person. I am over 80 years old and have used an attorney twice; once for a divorce and the second time for estate planning. For others who have A carpenter bee I have since learned the solution is a simple one. Identify the hole and make sure the bee is inside. Place a piece of bubble gum over the entire hole. The bee does not have the oxygen reserve to bore its way out. If I had only known.

They kept the same guy who had worked there before the name change. When we call they come right out. We are very happy with them. They continue to serve their customers as they always had in the past. They are really good.

I set their appointment up on line and was at work when they came. They did their treatment and got rid of the termites. They are a bit expensive and when we were done with their service we kept getting stuff online trying to get us to sign up. I am not sure whether I will use them again in the future.

I like them enough; they show up and they are on it. They give you these little sticky pads and we needed more of them, but they came right out and gave them to us. I thought that was pretty nice.

They send a techinician on the next day. He came and did the job right away. Price and job went as expected. I was very satisfied.

The inside did not need to be sprayed again because the spiders (and their webs) and evidence of other bugs disappeared after the first treatment. We also had a termite guarantee for three months. They did a through inspection and did not find anything. I thought I saw termites on a fence post near the house and they sent some one out the next day. Turns out it wasn't termites but their response was great. They always call to be sure it is a good time to have someone come spray and they were always there when they said they would be. They were happy to answer questions. Very professional.

Everything went good with this company. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I don’t really have any complaints about this company at all. I will continue to use them in the future.

I like their service. They do only pest control. The problem with them is that I have told them several times to tell me before they come so that I can watch at what they are doing but they don’t call.

I had the ground bait feeders in the past. Then I noticed that I did have a problem with termites in the back. I switched to the liquid bait around the house. I have not had any inspections because I have a crawl space and their technicians are too large to get in there. They put stakes around the house instead to see if there is any activity. They come back every six to eight months to check that. They will treat the home again if there is any activity. I am pleased with them. I had some other company before and there was no response from that company even when I saw some activity

Everything turned out fine with company. I have no complaints at all.
