Description of Work: the only reason I'm not going to use their service in the future is I have contracted with another service provider for a lesser cost, I got a substantial discount by having services for two locations. Terminix was not willing to discount for having two locations to service.

Description of Work: I had Terminix for almost 20 years as our Pest Control & was VERY pleased with their work, not so much with their price, but the work was great. Then around the first of 2014, the people managing Terminix in our area switched to an out of state office & the service was HORRIBLE. They didn’t show up when they were supposed to. They would leave bills on my back door, but I couldn’t tell if they’d been there or not. I did know that they couldn’t have done the inside of the home. I spoke to management a couple times & tried to work things out, but after 6 months, I cancelled my contract with them.

COMPANY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED FOR TERMITES, BUT THEY DID NOT ERADICATE THE BUGS. THE BUGS WERE STILL THERE. THEY WERE CALLED BACK AND CAME OUT BUT THEY STILL WERE NOT ABLE TO GET RID OF THE TERMITES.
