"Missed appointment. Called next day ?? to reschedule. Cannot remember. I wasn't able to make appointment, but wife showed up. The person who showed spent quite a bit of time walking the home, should have brought cleaning supplies, half would have been done. The person gave the speal of what they do. My wife tried to tell her what we would like done and person wanted to dispute what we want done. Never got a bid??? Haven't heard from them to this day. Verbal was 2 or 3 days (2 or 3 people) So my guess is very high!?!"

"First they installed the island counter top and it was noticeably smaller than what they removed. It was also off-center making the use of the bar stools awkward. They didn't even notice! I complained and they eventually fixed it. They also chipped a piece of the counter top and would not replace. They sent a pro out to "fill it in". I was not happy with the end result. Overall, the owner would not compensate for the damages done. The installers were literally stepping inside of my cabinets to gain leverage and they made a very large mess which I was left to clean. They also estimated a date of installation which they missed by weeks. Overall, this was a bad experience. If you value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service, these qualities are not their strengths."

We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided.
