Excellent! I went to the business location with measurements and wish list. David helped me with a computer assisted drafting program which provided an estimate of materials and labor in real time! I knew the direction and approximate cost. It took time and more looking before I decided that I liked their rock as well,or better, than others.

Looks great. They were fast and affordable.

Not good. Lady in office was rude and exhibited poor customer service skills. Refused to give us any guidance related to pricing of granite. Very unusual experience. Later went to a competitor and had no problem.

Very nice work all around. The one seam we have is nearly invisible.

First they installed the island counter top and it was noticeably smaller than what they removed. It was also off-center making the use of the bar stools awkward. They didn't even notice! I complained and they eventually fixed it. They also chipped a piece of the counter top and would not replace. They sent a pro out to "fill it in". I was not happy with the end result. Overall, the owner would not compensate for the damages done. The installers were literally stepping inside of my cabinets to gain leverage and they made a very large mess which I was left to clean. They also estimated a date of installation which they missed by weeks. Overall, this was a bad experience. If you value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service, these qualities are not their strengths.

It was a good experience. They did exactly what they said they would and they were responsive. The faucet did not fit and was big. When I called them they came right out and enlarged the hole so that the faucet would fit. They are not the cheapest.

They had good selection, easy to work with, and it was custom items. It was granite.

We would use them again. We would not wait for them to call us back in the future. Just know that going in. We used another company for our kitchen and they and quot;held our handand quot; more, but we also paid much more.

My experience with them was horrible. We went to their warehouse and we selected some samples. They didn't have samples over there and so there were going to have one of their people come to our house with the samples so that we could see how it looked with our cabinetry. They never did that. Then we called them and they said we misunderstood and we had to go and pick it up. We went to pick them up we found something they didn't show us. We absolutely liked it and wanted to take it home and see how it looked like. We took it home and fell in love with it and asked them for it. We placed an order for it and went there with the check. They tell us they are going to change the order a bit and instead of mojo there were giving us cream mojo and I wanted what we picked out. I am not going to buy something that I have not seen. They told us it is the same thing but it comes from a different quarry. When we went to see it they told us it would be a burgundy color but it was pink. They told me it was almost the same thing. I asked the guy if it was okay if we almost paid him for it. They told us the one that we had chosen had come from a warehouse that we no longer have. They gave me the name of the warehouse and I got hold of the manager. He told me that there was about 10 slabs of mojo sitting there and it was Friday and he could have it out by Monday. I would tell anybody to run in the opposite direction of this company. There is dust everywhere you walk in this warehouse. I dealt with just the sales staff.

Their estimate was free. They were nice and they seemed professional. They got back to me quickly with an email estimate. Their prices were higher than the other service provider and that was why I did not go ahead with them. They were fine but I just found a better estimate.

I've been working with a lot of contractors lately - they promised what they delivered, they were punctual, very nice and I wish they were all so easy to work with.

We visited the place of business and were shown the workshop where measurements are turned into finished countertops. A representative came to the house and measured the cabinets already installed. There was an error in the measurement in the smallest section (from stove to refrigerator) but the company did not hesitate to cut a new section correctly at no additional cost. One right angle had to be seamed and even today it is difficult to find the seam. Workmen were courteous and efficient, in and out of the house quickly. We would definitely give them our business again should we need their services.

They did a great job. The work was a little more intensive than planned due to one of the old countertops being glued down instead of screwed down. They didn't complain, they just kept working at it until it was removed. The new countertops look awesome!

They were excellent from the sales appointment to installation. They were always able to answer questions, showed up when they were supposed to, and they did great work on the installation. I have dealt with many contractors on my last two homes and I've really had some bad experiences since I've moved to Lexington, but these guys were probably the best I've ever dealt with. It's nice to deal with an organization where everyone seems to know what's going on. I spoke with several people throughout the process and they all seemed to know my story. I didn't have to start over and explain who I was and what I wanted if I was transferred from the sales team to the install team. They were always on the same page. I only had one problem. They did not provide supports for the overhang on the bar or tell that I needed to provide them until after the countertops were on. I'm not sure who was supposed to tell me that, but it left kind of a bad spot since all of the supports I could find were designed to be installed and leveled before the tops were put on. I'm pretty handy, so I was able to buy the supports and get them installed. But it did cost me a couple hundred dollars and I had to drill big holes in the supports and countersink lag bolts through them. I then had to patch the holes and paint the supports. This would have been considered a pretty big issue, but everything else went so well that I didn't even complain to them.

They took care of the entire job even though it was a little more expensive. I did not have to hire a plumber. The materials are fantastic. They know what they are doing. If something is not right, they will make it right. I had a little better experience with the kitchen job vs. the bathroom job.
