We make a cash offer on all contents of the home including removing all trash and debris leaving you an empty home that is ready to be staged and sold. We take care and discretion when dealing with your loved ones estate . We handle everything ! Chris and his team from Bluegrass trading were instrumental in our ability to prepare our mothers house for closing. Chris offered fair price for all of the furniture, items in cabinets, and garage and left the house completely clean so we didn't have to lift a finger to have it ready to close. Chris was professional, went beyond expectations, and his team was very professional...I would reccomend Bluegrass Traders to my closest friends.

I hired Chris, owner of Bluegrass Trader, to clean out my elderly cousin's home. She was a borderline hoarder, and her cape-cod home was filled from the basement to the attic with stuff from all of her ancestors dating back a hundred years or more. She never threw anything away and the job seemed insurmountable to my family. Chris and his team came in and removed the home's entire contents within a week. This place is unrecognizable. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything has been removed and house is ready to be listed. He also finished a day earlier than expected. Not only was I impressed with Chris' professionalism, but also his commitment to returning text messages promptly. Super nice guy, excellent results, definitely recommend if you need help cleaning out a home!
