It went incredibly well, almost miraculously well, in fact. The huge house was such a mess on the very morning of the scheduled walk-through that I feared there was no way it could be ready, but Chris and his men arrived in the morning and worked steadily and quickly, moving room to room with focused intensity. Chris still managed to be sensitive to items of personal meaning, recognizing them and putting them aside, while disposing efficiently of things that had to go.

Chris was absolutely the best to work with. He took care of disposing of a lot of stuff that was overwhelming to me. He cleaned out the house and left it in perfect order. I would most definitely hire him again.

Chris was helpful and professional. He was agreeable to changes in the plan as the estate process rolled out and clearly had experience with how these things go with families. He cleared everything out of the house and garage and offered us a fair price for the items that were sellable, and he got it all done before an important deadline.

Went well. We worked via phone/text because I had moved out of town. We actually had never met so it was all based on "good faith", on both sides. Chris followed through with the project and sent photos to verify the work completed.

I was overwhelmed, not knowing where to begin or how to determine what was of value and what was not. Chris proved very knowledgeable was able to quickly sort through endless piles of stuff that would have taken me weeks on end. He was finished in a matter of days. He and his crew were thorough and efficient. He paid us cash and then removed the furniture as well as all the junk. He also paid great attention to detail in setting aside mementos we had specified that we wanted to keep. He was honest and hardworking. We couldn't have done it without him!

Chris was recommended by a dear friend who is a professional organizer (Pinky Jackson). My mother passed away and my father moved somewhat unexpectedly into a senior living community, so sorting through and deciding what to do with a lifetime of accumulated ‘treasures’ was left primarily to me. It was a bit overwhelming, but help from Pinky and Chris made it less so. Chris gave me a price for his team to purchase and remove the contents of the home, I signed a one page agreement and he handed me the cash and said he’d be back the next day. He agreed to leave certain pieces of furniture to stage the house and come back for those after the sale. The team finished the job in a few hours. Communication was great and Chris was easy to work with. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Fast, efficient, professional. Also very compassionate! Extremely respectful of my parents items and I accidentally had left some paperwork and special piece of pottery in a box. He questioned and pointed it out to me! Wow! To take the time to do that and to really care!

Worked with Chris on a house in an estate. Very good service to remove items for sale or donation, separate out items for family and then clean out the rest. Left the house in good condition so that when it was listed, sold in less than 48 hours. I will recommend Bluegrass atraders for other Estates.
