We are an owner-operated operation, we treat every job like it’s our own. I’ve been in this industry for the past 6 years. We offer free estimates to all customers within reason. "I was surprised to find that this company doesn't do what they say. They make a big deal about fixing pool and spa lines, but according to our messenger conversation, they don't. Why advertise you do something if you don't. Since they only have the Indy location, saying that Indy doesn't is the same as they don't. For a family-owned and operated business, they sure fall short of integrity. So maybe they should say only sewer lines and remove the false advertising on their website. There are many options for this work and think twice before hiring these guys because if they lie on their services online, I am sure they are going to lie in person. This company failed to live up to their advertised services."
