He did a great job. It was the first time I had used him. I really like his price. The price was about $2500 less than terminex. I haven't seen a termite since they come.

Perfection was very easy to work with. They were the only service company that I contacted that requested to come out and view the situation. Everyone else just provided numbers. A service appt was scheduled for the next week. The technician explained what he was doing and what would be done in the future. I signed up for quarterly maintenance. I have a problem with these ants every spring & fall. The technician explained that we would get more ants and then they would go away as the bait would work into their nest. Sure enough that is what happened. Have not seen any more ants since. It was cheaper to sign up for quarterly maintenance than to pay for service just in spring & fall. They honored the Angie's List coupon.

It was a routine initial pest control and the technician was very professional.

I started with them about a year ago and use them monthly. We had a specific problem with silverfish and it has been minimized. We still see them on occasions but mostly they are gone.

They are very good. We've used them for about two years. They are not inexpensive but they are fairly priced and they did a really good job. They are professional.

Tim Leatherman did the inspection and my husband was very impressed with him. He was thorough and professional. We felt that we were quoted a fair price, including a 15% discount for finding them on Angie's List ;-). The subsequent treatment process went very smoothly. Workers showed up on time and everything went just as Tim said it would.

Bill Richter does a great job. The price was very reasonable. He is not pushy and he comes when you want him to. His responsiveness was good.

Having Perfection Pest Contron and Tim Leatherman respond to my problem was a very positive experience. All went well.

Bill actually has done two pest inspections for me in the past. I was notified on 8/19/10 that I would need to have the home I am purchasing and currently live in, treated for termites prior to my closing. The closing was in four days, on a Monday. I called Bill on Friday 8/20, and he was able to work me in for Monday morning, 8.23, the day of the closing. I could not have closed without the house being treated for termites. Bill understood this and was kind enough to make himself available to perform the termite treatment with very little prior notice. Bill is very professional, prompt, and does a very good job.

The technician arrived on time (called 45 minutes out) and evaluated the home and grounds. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked questions as to what else we wanted done. He addressed our concerns and was very knowledgable and professional. The treatment took about 1 hour. He finished and again explanied the different products he used. It has been 1 week and we have seen a significant drop in the number of live ants and a growing number of dead ones each day. To this point we are very pleases with the entire process and would definately recommend this company.

Bill answers his own phone or messages and is very professional. He came as scheduled. He clearly set expectations. We had volcanic explosions of ants all around the house and landscaping. They then entered the house either via plumbing or were attractive to water and ended up in kitchen sink area and bathroom directly above. He treated inside and then outside. he told me it may take a follow up to completely solve and it did. Two weeks later he returned at no charge and finished the job. All is good to date!

We liked everything, he was a very nice guy. He was punctual, prompt, answered the phone when I called and he returned phone calls right away.

Richter's returned my call within an hour after leaving them a message. When I described what I thought was evidence of termites in my garage, he assured me it was probably carpenter ants. After he arrived and examined the site of the evidence, he immediately treated the source of the problem, a hole in the wall, by spraying a powdery substance into the hole. The substance disorients the ants, and within minutes, they were falling out of the hole. Richter then went on to treat the inside the house and then all around the outside. He assured me that the problem most likely had been taken care of, but told me that if I were to see any further evidence of the ants, he would return to apply further treament.

Went very well. Called company. Person came out to inspect then exterminator was scheduled immediately. Prompt and courteous and so far work done has been very effective with bees,bugs and other pests.

One of the gentlemen came out, inspected my home inside and outside for pests adn problem areas. We agreed on the services and a price. He was fantastic, told me what to expect and used only child friendly pest control measures as well as kitchen garden friendly pest materials. Took care of spiders and big ant problems as well as a few other bugs. I was still seeing huge ants 2 weeks later so they came back out, no charge and found an ants' nest behind a cabinet, against a wall. Took care of that and thankfully, no more problems. My teenager was getting bitten up more recently and they came out to look for bedbugs (she had gone to Washington DC recently on class trip). They did not find any but showed me what they look like and again, no charge for coming out. They were fabulous!

Great experience. Bill called back promptly, answered the various and many questions that I had, came out on time, was very professional and friendly, and his spraying took care of the flea problem. Price was way better than other two places I got estimates from and service was exceptional. Couldn't ask for more!

We had carpenter ants in a number of trees. Bill returned my call within 1 minute and came out to our home a day later. He was competent, answered all of our questions and had plan on how to get rid of the ants (used multiple baits). Time will tell if the ants are eliminated, but we have a 30 day guarantee.

I showed Tim the ants and pill bugs I had collected in the home and where they seemed to be coming in. Tim explained what needed to be done and then did it. I have not seen an ant or pill bug since he sprayed the home.

Tim came to give us an appraisal and was there when he said he would be. He spent about an hour doing a through appraisal of the situation. The technician returned shortly thereafter and placed baits, etc. where the ants were. Within 2 days, we had no more ants. We had tried to treat the problem ourselves for several months with intermittent success. After Tim was done, I now have a much better understanding of the problem and am certain we now have the problem under control. If you have a problem with ants, do yourself a favor and hire a professional.
