Services include: Inspection: We will thoroughly inspect your home or business. The inspection will identify your particular pest problem, conducive conditions for pests, evaluate structural and sanitation issues, and will include recommendation of treatments to prevent and/or eliminate pests. General Household Pest Control: prevention, elimination and/or exclusion of pests in residential settings using Integrated Pest Management, including condominiums, office settings, etc.. Perimeter Treatment: prevent pests from establishing a foothold at the base of your structure. Treatments include the base of the building footprint, windows, doors, tree bases and other key areas at the perimeter of a home or business. Family Owned & Operated Termite & Pest Control Company Perfection Pest Control, Inc., provides quality service and expertise at a reasonable cost, while remaining abreast of the latest pest control products and methods, as well as state and federal regulations, and guidelines from the Environmental Protection Agency. We employ an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach in each setting to determine the most effective and safest combination of methods and products to manage a particular pest problem. The IPM approach is based upon knowledge and understanding of insect and rodent biology; familiarity with host environments for pests; use of beneficial organisms improving sanitary, landscaping and structural conditions to exclude pests; and selection of baits, traps, sprays and products that pose the lowest risk to humans, pets and the environment. Description of Work: The owner came out and conducted a very thorough termite inspection, walking me throughout the house, pointing out previous treatment locations. He was very knowledgeable, polite and took his time. The insects I saw turned out not to be termites, he determined no treatment was necessary and di not charge me for his time for the inspection. Even offered to come pick up samples of insects in the future if I suspected termites again. I would definitely use Perfection Pest Control for any future needs based on this experience.

Description of Work: Very knowledgeable, showed the spots where termites had caused some damage inside the house. Took environmental issues and pet safety into consideration. Work was done well within the estimated time. Excellent job concealing the holes they had to drill into the concrete around the foundation.

Description of Work: Treated for Wasps & Spiders. Wasps and spiders had taken over the outside of our home. Jim, who responded to our call, took the time to treat as well as rid of us several additional wasps nests that we hadn't noticed. Extremely responsive, caring, professional and respectful of property. Extremly happy with services. Will now move to their 3 month maintenance plan to keep all pests away from our home.

Description of Work: They treated the exterior of our home for multiple pest. We have been using them for several years now since they treated the inside of our home for pest. We have it scheduled for them to come four times a year for treatments around the outside of our home. They do quality work at a fair price and we will continue using them.

Description of Work: Jason came and checked the house for all pests - insect and otherwise. He and his partner did a great job with the treatment (considering we have 2 small children and a cat), and we bought the package which will have them out here 3 more times this year to make sure that our ant problem goes away. I'd call them again.
