He did fine. My husband watched him the entire time and he completed the work in 4 hours. He was very meticulous and he covered everything as well as could be expected. His report was very clear and it included colored photographs of areas that had to be worked on. We were also able to download the report within 24-48 hours of the inspection.

Mike was prompt, courteous, thorough, and very reasonably priced. He provided honest, unbiased recommendations on what needed to be fixed right away versus what could wait a few years. He immediately noticed that our sump pump was running continuously, which we had not realized, and likely saved us from a flooded basement. He even adjusted a couple of door thresholds that we had just been "living with" for a long time, not knowing they were so easy to fix. Would certainly recommend his company for any type of home inspection you might need.

I needed someone to conduct an inspection on a home I'm hoping to purchase, but I needed someone on very short notice. Michael was responsive and accommodating but, more importantly, his work product was outstanding. I would strongly recommend him.

Michael arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. Took time to explain things to me. The inspection took approximately 2.5 hours. The only reason he did not receive an "A" on quality is that for all the explanations, he failed to mention during the inspection that he found a large crack in the firebox of the fireplace. I asked at the end of the inspection if he found anything of consequence, and he said no. He did, however, include the cracked firebox in the official report, which is the most important thing. Overall, I feel he did a good job and took plenty of time to inspect everything. I haven't moved into my new condo yet, so I can't say for sure that he caught everything, but I would be surprised if I found anything that wasn't documented in his report.

Inspector arrived on time for appointment and performed all inspections within three hours. I was allowed to follow the inspector and observe. Inspector was willing to answer my questions and provide explanations of his observations. Complete written report was available online same day.
