AA HOME INSPECTION LLC

My husband worked with him the majority of the time. He reached out to us immediately via email with his agreement & expectations. He was right on time and had his report back to us within 3 days of the inspection. The report was extremely detailed. You don't get a lot of inspectors that are that thorough!

He was at the condo for about 30 minutes and he did a great job. They looked at the furnace and A/C.

They do a good job. They get us reports, tell us what might be wrong, and recommend what needs to be done to fix the issues.

Everything turned out fine and there were no issues. He went up on the roof and did a good job. There were no follow ups that were needed, but he gave me a handwritten copy of what he did that day. Later, he emailed me a typed version.

My husband and I live in Wisconsin but are moving to Erlanger, Kentucky near Cincinnati, Ohio. While in the process of buying a house, we needed a home inspector and looked on Angie's List for someone highly rated. We found AA Home Inspection and called them on Monday to see if they could inspect the home we had put an offer on that same day. AA Home Inspection was happy to schedule a quick, convenient appointment with us. They were able to do the overall inspection, the termite inspection, and the radon inspection. The overall inspection was done by an inspector Darrin who was personable as well as knowledgeable about inspecting entire homes. He checked the house from top to bottom. He told us everything from adding soil to improve the drainage around the outside of the house to mold in the basement bathroom to the ages of the appliances and the popups of shingles on the roof. We felt completely satisfied when he had finished and felt we knew what we were getting into with the house. We are really relieved that the whole experience turned out so well.

He's very meticulous in what he sends you. I really like everything that he could get but except for things, like home inspectors can't move things out of the way. He looked at everything and found 4 things that was majorly wrong and his opinion on the house. He was responsive. He was really quick like he called them up, and call you back the same day.

Mike was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was able to identify a number of problems in the home that we were able to negotiate into our offer and was extremely knowledgeable regarding possible fixes for these problems. When we brought in an electrician, he was surprised at the fact that Mike was able to let us know about strategies for fixing an electrical problem, and reported that Mike was clearly the right choice for a home inspector.

Great communication, found a lot of repairs that needed to be done.

Mike did a great job of inspecting the house from roof to basement. I asked a ton of questions and he very patiently answered each one. I was glad to have such a dedicated professional inspecting the home we wished to purchase.

I went with AA Inspection because they were highly rated on Angie's List and the first ones to answer the phone. Don was the man's name who inspected the house. He was very thorough going through the house and did a great job explaining things along the way of what was good and where there were concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions as we went through the house. He was professional and courteous. My fiance and I are first time home buyers so I wasn't sure what to expect during the inspection. Don was great at explaining things so I could understand. The biggest endorsement though came from my soon to be father-in-law (btw, he expects a lot of people). He has been through almost ten home inspections now and he told Don that he was the best inspector he has walked through a house with. So thumbs up to AA Home Inspection and especially to Don. We will almost surely use these guys again and will probably ask specifically for Don. Thanks for the great service.

Again , Michael was a great choice. We have used home inspectors in the past and some have been good and most not so good. AA would be at the top of the list.

Mike took his time to do the inspection and took his time to explain everything to my husband so that we would thoroughly know what we were buying. He was very helpful in helping us understand what we needed to do as maintenance to keep the home in proper working order, what to watch out for, and who to contact if we needed help in an area. While we haven't received the actual report yet (it should come tonight) I'm pretty sure that it will be thorough and detailed. We would definitely recommend him to other future home buyers.

Mike did a great job and fit us in for a follow up inspection.

I think I got a full report the next day along with photographs. He took a lot of photographs while he was there. The completeness and thoroughness of the inspection was the first thing that really impressed me. He was prompt; he was there even before I got there. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It was fine. They didn't miss anything. I thought the detail in the report was very good in the time frame they did it. They did an excellent job and were very thorough.
