Description of Work: I called to schedule a cleaning and I got their voicemail. I left a message and never heard back from them. Not a great way to do business.

We want to apologize to the customer for his negative experience. We would also like to assure current and potential Angie's list clients that we are very diligent in returning phone calls as Angie's list members are extremely important to us. We can not say for sure what happened in this instance because we have double checked our voicemail and we have no messages that were not returned. Im sure it was some sort of technical issue with the phone provider, but that dies not lessen our regret. We are a small company that takes extreme pride in our customer service and do not like dissapointing customers.

Description of Work: I tried emailing and calling this person repeatedly with no answer. Not worth the effort. I feel like it says a lot if you don't call/write a potential client back.

IN RESPONSE TO THE NEGATIVE POSTING.... WE TAKE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE VERY SERIOUSLY. WE ARE A GROWING BUSINESS THAT IS NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF TURNING AWAY NEW CLIENTS. THE ONLY EXPLANATION THAT WE CAN POSSIBLY THINK OF IS THAT IT WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION. WE ARE VERY DILIGENT IN RETURNING CALLS FROM PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS. WE DID EXPERIENCE A PERIOD OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AROUND THE TIME OF THIS PERSON'S CONCERN IN WHICH WE COULD NOT ACCESS OUR EMAIL FOR APPROXIMATELY A WEEK. IN CONCLUSION, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF ANY PERSON CONTACTING US BY EMAIL(AS STATED) THAT WE DID NOT RETURN CONTACT, BUT IF WE MISSED THE EMAIL SOMEHOW, WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE.
