"The bathroom project came out well however it took him months to complete my small bathroom and i had to ask him multiple times about his status. He for a month straight blamed the window guy for the lack of progress on the bathroom. When he said the job was finished there were very clear flaws in the drywall I shouldn't have had to point out and some of the tasks we verbally agreed on like venting bathroom fan he just left laying in the attic. If I didn't check over his work my attic would have had mold growing all over it, I ended up not even pressing him about it and finishing his job myself. At the end of the day he did very well with the tile and he gave me a good price but the time he took to complete the job was a little ridiculous and I was kind of shocked at what he was willing to say was a completed job."

"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage.  He was very professional and arrived on schedule.  It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place.  He took pictures and notes.  Santos called within a few days and recommended we involve an architect and scheduled a time to meet her.  Again, they arrived on time.  Shari Mullins, with pillar3, agreed to make some drawings.   These proved to be exactly what we wanted! They were professional.  They always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails.  They were always here when they said they would be here.  They listened to concerns and addressed them immediately, willing to make adjustments and improvements as needed.  They put an effort into finding the best quality materials we could afford.  They kept the contractors on schedule and handled any disputes.  We didn't have to worry about anything.  It took about a year, but we love the results and have no regrets!  It did cost more than expected due to pre-existing conditions and upgrade decisions. "DDR did it again, About a year ago DDR did a covered patio for us and they did a great job so we decided to have them out for a bigger job. We had them do an addition on our home, we added a master suite with a bath and walk in closet, they also added a half bath for our pool area. All I can say is if you are having any work done on you home you don't need to look anywhere else because this company is awesome. The way they communicate is amazing. Our project manager Nate is the best, I truly feel that this job wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for him. He communicates so well that you almost don't need to do anything because he is on top of everything. Nate and DDR took what is usually a stressful endeavor and had me at ease for the entire build. All of their workers were professional and I always felt comfortable with them in my home. Thanks again Nate and DDR for the great job and for making my house a home."

"They have not been able to start the work as their schedule is full. They will start work Sept 10. We also had to wait for our loan approval. Terry has been in constant communication with us and will be here next week to help us finalize all our materials and complete the 3 d design elements."
