Hi, I'm Logan Toebbe, Director of operations at Henry's heating and air. My Dad started this company in 1989 and I officially joined him in 2021. Together, we have a combined 53 years of experience in the hvac industry. Anything from units installed in the 60's all the way to cutting edge technology, we can work on. What we specialize in is high quality, high efficiency, top of the line hvac installations in cooperation with either RUUD or BOSCH. Noone and I mean noone can come close to the quality and care we put into our installations. The same quality we put into one of our top of the line systems, we also put that same effort and quality into our more budget friendly systems where we use WEATHERKING units. "I had a busted inducer motor and had the part replaced, though I was interested in replacing my whole unit if it made sense. Henrys was able to come out and help diagnose the day of my request. The technician popped open the furnace and explained every little thing he was looking at. Unlike the other companies, he helped point out where I had a healthy unit apart from my worn out part. They offered to replace the part for free to get us through the incoming ice storm if I wanted the whole unit replaced after it was over. I ultimately decided to only replace the individual part, and still Henrys pricing was far superior to all of the others. "

There's currently a huge rut in my yard which they claim cannot be leveled. The fence they removed in order to dig has not been fixed, and they left a pile of gravel that has since seeped into my yard. AFTER I was billed, I've called them 5+ times with my concerns. Nothing has been completed at this time. I strongly urge anyone considering a plumber to not use Acme Plumbing. They suck."
