Henry's Heating & A/C

I had a busted inducer motor and had the part replaced, though I was interested in replacing my whole unit if it made sense. Henrys was able to come out and help diagnose the day of my request. The technician popped open the furnace and explained every little thing he was looking at. Unlike the other companies, he helped point out where I had a healthy unit apart from my worn out part. They offered to replace the part for free to get us through the incoming ice storm if I wanted the whole unit replaced after it was over. I ultimately decided to only replace the individual part, and still Henrys pricing was far superior to all of the others.

Henry and Logan did an excellent job. They were very neat and very particular about their work. They were amazing to work with. Enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend them. I can’t express enough how much we appreciated their work and they were great too.

Im having such a problem for getting a receipt and a warranty. They are supposed to come every year to service my furnace and air conditioning, imagine the trouble that I will have if they can't get me a receipt.

The only thing that I would like to see is an itemized receipt for parts, labor and warranty instead of just the total charge, otherwise the were fantastic and I highly recommend.
