Above my expectations. They showed up early, cleaned the driveway and around the driveway that was not expected but included in the price, and applied a thick layer of sealant. The driveway looks fantastic, the crew was open and honest about the entire project. Great work and easy to deal with.

Company could not do project. Owner was very professional and phoned several companies to help me find a company who had the equipment for the project. I appreciate his honesty and going out of his way to help me find another company. I would hire the company for any project they could do.

It was an absolutely excellent job. It was about a year ago that they did that and when they got finished with it, I had no doubt that we would be able to use that deck for years yet. I'm getting ready to call them for another job.

They went above and beyond. They were prompt and kept checking in with me to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the work. The price was fair for the amount of work they did. I would recommend them.

Job performed over two days due to different materials needed for crack filling vs sealing. Excellent results. Driveway now better than ever.

Went okay, a little mix up with the estimate after purchase but they were fast after that. Price was a little misleading in that to get the additional square footage added to the job on my driveway it cost three times the angie's list price.

provider came out 9/25/15 and looked at the driveway. Stated that there were large cracks that needed filling (I was aware of this and not surprised that the cost would be more than the "special rate" of 89.00. ) I agreed to the cost. Provider said he was quite busy and it would be about the middle of October before he could get to me. I was also agreeable to this. lOn or around the first of October he called and told me that he had been in hospital and was still running behind. In spite of the medical problem, he was able to complete the project 10/18/15 to my satisfaction.

Down to Earth did an excellent job. They were price competitive and very professional and responsive. After sealing the new asphalt drive, we had a few spots that automobile tires made in the summer heat. Down to Earth came back and fixed the spots at no additional cost. I would heartily recommend D2E for services in the future.

This company repeatedly does a tremendous job.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List to power wash and seal 200 sq feet for $279.00. Tim came out very promptly and took measurements, and we agreed that because the deck was larger that there would be an additional charge. Due to the weather it took a couple of weeks before he was able to come out and complete the work, but he did a great job of communicating and keeping me informed when he planned to and when things needed to be changed. Tim also answered my questions about power washing and water-proofing my driveway, as it too is in need of clean-up. Tim's crew did a great job of cleaning up the deck - it looks great! The entire experience was good - Tim was friendly, helpful, and did good work. Based on my experience here, I've asked him to perform the service on my driveway now.

He completely sanded and cleaned the deck and repainted it. He came the day after we purchased our deal to give us an estimate (we knew the deal wouldn't cover the cost!), and was here within a week completing the work. He was fast, professional, and the deck looks like brand new!

I have lots of big cracks, and have it sealed every year. They used more sealer than others have done. I think this will be a better job, due to a heavier coating of sealer. Very professionally done. (I had been scammed in the past, so very happy to find a company that is more professional.)

Excellent. Owner returned my call promptly (on a weekend, no less) and they began the work in less than a week. Workers were courteous and did a great job.

Tim was courteous and they did a great job! They don't spray the asphalt sealer on (which was a concern, since my driveway ties into the house foundation and exposed aggregate walkway.) The sealer was only where it was supposed to be, on the asphalt driveway. I will definitely contact them next time my driveway needs sealed. They also do landscape work, so I would consider them for that as well in the future.

Surface looked fine; holes were filled but not surfaced. Contractor said they could not be right away, but he would come back in a few months to do that. Never heard from him, no answers to calls I made to him.

I purchased the $89 deal and was somewhat pleased. I thought that the business could have been clearer that even a medium-sized driveway would warrant an upcharge for size. I also thought that the sealant was a bit too messy and that the sealant got on my grass for no reason. Otherwise, I was fairly happy.

It went well but I was not happy with the fact that it cost me $132 more than the initial payment. Am pretty sure this is more than I have paid in the past few years for the same service. They did do a good job, though, and were very responsible.

1) Called before they arrived to give me an approximate time. 2) Upon arrival they began the prep job of weed eating & blowing off debris. 3) Used a Coal-Tar sealant covering every inch, including exposed sides of the asphalt. The 3 men worked in tandem like a well oiled machine. The one responsible for the final pass making sure it was smooth, must have been an artist in a former life. It looks GREAT!!!

It went very well and very quickly. I contacted through email on Friday night and got a phone call on Sunday for the service to be performed on Monday. Scheduling was very easy and convenient and the workers were very professional. He even told me about sap that was leaking through some of the boards and that any kind of staining would not work until the boards had completely dried. I had noticed the sticky substance but had no idea what it was. I was thankful that he informed me what it was and told me that I needed to wait about another year before attempting to stain it. I will be using this company to stain the deck as well.

They did a good job everything was clean and I will use them again.

Tim and his employee were both very pleasant and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning the deck. When I am ready to stain the deck I will likely call Down To Earth for an estimate. Two small occurrences happened which led me to an overall grade of B. 1. Before I had a chance to reply to Down to Earth's initial message, Tim came to the house. I would have preferred to schedule a time to meet to make sure I would be home. As it was, I was not home and my son did not know why Tim came by. One conversation or exchange of emails both ways would have solved that. 2. I noticed, after they left that a 4-5 foot x 1 inch piece of decking was missing. It was in pieces in my garden. I understand that decking can break off under the power of the washer, but it concerned me that neither Tim or his employee brought it to my attention. Other than that, I think Tim has a good business going. He's kind, professional, knows what he's doing, and was able to tell me up front if the job would require more payment (it did not).

They were wonderful. They went above and beyond.
