The owner came and gave an estimate the day that I called. That was the positive. When I called back with questions, he suggested that I needed to resurface my driveway. When I agreed, he told me that I would receive a call from a company about resurfacing. Two weeks later I called and told him that no one had called me. He told me that he would call the resurfacing company and have them put me on the immediate call list. That was over a month ago and I still have not received a call from anyone even the owner asking if I had received a call. The date of the quote was 6/16/20 and today is 8/3/20.

It looks great. Our contact person was very professional -- calling to let us know when he would come, always explaining what he was doing after he came.

Tim and his helper were excellent. Tim came to give quote within a couple of days. Showed up when they said they would. Did a heavy duty seal coat on long asphalt driveway, repaired a spot on a walkway, and built a low curb for me (to direct rainwater runoff). They did a great job on everything, down to taping off some pavers on one side so they wouldn't get sealer on them. Gave clear instructions for eventual sealing of curb and repair area (new asphalt needs to cure), and left some materials for me for a small area I wanted to do later (after I moved some pavers). Professional and quality work. Everything was done well.

Price was way too high so I turned it down.

This is the most professional group I have ever dealt with in this area. They were careful about choosing the day as they didn't want to risk rain, and I know it was inconvenient for them but I believe they were watching out for my best interests. I could tell they used top quality material and with a 4 man crew, they were very efficient. Highest recommendation if you want it done right.

Very prompt in providing recommendation and thorough explanation of work to be performed. Driveway was badly cracked and worn. Cracks were filled one day, driveway sealed the following day. Crew was very professional and courteous. We‘re very pleased with the outcome.

Tim was responsive, courteous, and professional. He was at our house and gave us an estimate on the same day that we called him for information. When we accepted the estimate, he returned in just a few days to do the work, which took two days (the first day was given to prep work, including cleaning, patching, and repairing). We could not be more pleased. The cost was very reasonable.

Mr. Gadjen was punctual, attentive, knowledgeable both during the quote process and the project, itself. Although quote was more than that of other providers, his company does mend cracks and does use a product well-rated in online reviews, both for its quality and performance. Same can be said for this company's services and resulting customer satisfaction - good quality and professional performance.

Tim and worker arrived at scheduled time, job was completed exactly as agreed. Both drives look better than I expected.

They did a great job. They called and showed up when they said they would, used a new PMCTS product that really put a nice thick coat on my driveway. They even sealed my carport that wasn't include in the estimated at no charge.

Great job! Tim, the owner, was on site to make sure everything was done well. He provides excellent customer service, as well as assurance to come back if there are any issues. He is very customer- focused and trustworthy. We have had others seal our driveway, but no one provided the quality sealing product and hands-on service. We relied on the reviews on Angie's List, and are very pleased!

Guys were great. Did extra pressure washing area because my deck was very small.

It went just fine. I got my discount, they came as scheduled and were very polite . Sealant was $199.99 for the first 1000 square feet and $.35 per additional square foot. I thought that was a bit high for the additional square footage, but that was the price.

Arrived when he said he would and did a good job on the deck. He was nice and professional. Would call him again.

Tim contacted us shortly after we purchased the special. He came out quickly to provide an updated estimate due to the larger square footage. Tim worked with us to schedule the work while we were out of town. The work was extremely well done and we will be using Down to Earth for all our future needs.

We had weather delays, obviously not his doing.. as we needed completed on a weekend and he worked to meet our needs. We have had a number of people already comment on how they can tell his seal coating looks much better than previous coatings we have had done. This leads to the "B" in pricing. He was more expensive than another estimate but we believed his product to be better. I am bot a "cheapest" estimate person as in general you do get what you pay for. Would I choose his service again at the same price even though he cost more .. YES.. so price may of been a bit more but I believe his service and product bring a higher value!

The discount coupon, I purchased covered resealing up to 1,000 feet of drive for $199. The additional 500 feet cost an extra $175 to reseal. I requested the optional patching and repairing of cracks, for an additional $215. It was a two day process, the crew arrived as scheduled the first day and spent several hours cleaning and edging my driveway, then doing the necessary patchwork. They were back bright and early the second day to reseal the drive. My driveway looks great, excellent work!

It went very well. They communicated with us well, showed up when they said they would and did a great job. The topcoat is thick, they didn't miss anything (which other providers have...) and took care to trim the edges perfectly and without any mess. We are really pleased.

This job took 2 days. They spent about 5 or 6 hours one day repairing cracks and filling in low spots. I was really impressed with the how much time they spent making sure they did the best job they could. They came back very early the next morning to apply the sealer. Once again, they did a great job, and took the time to make sure it was right. I will definitely use this company again.
