"I called one company who said they were slammed and could come out in 3 days. That sounded like a bad idea since the house would not be secure. I called Lift Pro and told the man who answered my call about my problem. He asked what brand I had (Sears). He told me how to adjust and probably fix the problem. I made the adjustment and the problem was fixed!!! It's rare that someone would do that instead of coming out and charging $$$ for the 5 minutes it would have taken. They are in my address book now for the next time I have an issue."

Family owned and operated since 2001, Precision Door Service specializes in garage door repair, garage door opener repair, replacement garage doors and new garage door openers. When you call us, your call will be answered by a live operator who will schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. Our garage door technicians are prompt, courteous, and very well trained. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
"The nightmare is not over. It took months to have the first garage door delivered and the panel with the glass was damaged. The replacement also came in damaged, so we are waiting on another replacement. We hired Precision because they also had a siding contractor that did their trim work. Because of COVID, he was not able to work the same day. Months later, he reports that Precision has him so busy he has not been able to do anything with our job. The main reason we hired them—one company to deal with—has turned into us having to serve as general contractor for their sub-contractor."
