Built our house over 3 years ago had 2 garage doors installed with openers and both doors fell off the tracks destroying both doors, neither garage door opener works properly. They wonâ t return our calls and donâ t stand behind their work. He makes excuses every time I do get him on the phone from â I almost died been in hospital, to multiple deaths in his family to Iâ m off work injured. Basically heâ s gonna take your money and if anything goes wrong heâ s not coming back! Do yourself a favor and hire a more reputable well known company. Iâ m having to tear both doors out and start all over because the product he installed has been discontinued and is junk!
