He was very polite, professional and punctual.

I had two visits to check out a leaking dishwasher. The first time I believe the technician's name was Logan, and the dishwasher wouldn't leak when he was there, although he thoroughly checked it out and showed me what potentially could have caused the problem. He said that if it happened again they would gladly return and waive the service fee. Several weeks later it happened again, and I called on a Saturday and spoke to Rick. He had the information from the previous visit and walked me through a few things to look at, and then began attempting to find the correct part. The only reason he didn't come out that day was neither he nor any local parts dealer had the part. Rick came on Monday morning and replaced the faulty valve and everything has been fine since. With both visits I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy in answering all of my questions. I thought the price they charged was very reasonable and I appreciate that they are easy to get in touch with. I hope not to have problems, but when I do I will certainly use them again.

I would definitely reccomend Rick Greene's Appliance Service to family and friends. I went with them based on their service call price and the overall friendliness of the person I spoke with on the phone. The scheduling was easy and the repairman, Logan, arrived right on time, which is very impressive when having an appliance repaired! Logan was very friendly and personable, and was really fond of our dogs :) Our dryer was not spinning or drying clothing. Logan, diagnosed what was wrong very quickly. The idler pulley was broken. He did not have a spare one in his van but called a few stores in the area to find one for us. He returned with the part in a short time and had our dryer working again. Overall it took about an hour and a half once he returned with the part. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly reccomend them for your next appliance repair.

We have a GE front loading washing machine that had a bad water valve. The technician, Logan, came to the house to diagnose the problem and cleaned up the water we had on the floor and in the machine (without hesitation), and gave me an estimate on parts and labor, which was spot on. He called me the next day to say he had the part and he worked with me on scheduling the repair. Staying in contact every few hours to update his ETA. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If anything else goes wrong with any of our appliances, they will be the first people that we call!!!!

The tech came and did a great job, installing the hose quickly and determining that a part was required in order to get the softener to drain. He came back promptly the next week with the ordered part and installed it very quickly.

I contacted the company Wednesday morning, not sure if I would reach anyone on Thanksgiving Eve. Spoke with Rick and he said that Logan would come to my house that afternoon, which he did. The problem was the thermostat, which he replaced. It worked fine while he was there, but stopped heating again when I tried to dry a load that night. I contacted their office on Friday, and received a voice message that that they were closed until Monday, but gave a number in case of an emergency. I called that number and Logan was back that day. He researched further and found a buildup of lent in the air escape leading outside. He cleared the buildup and replaced the thermostat again at no extra charge. Logan was very professional, very nice and I would definitely recommend this company.

Great experience! Called on Tuesday he came Wednesday right on time and fixed the dryer very efficiently.

I called on August 8th to request the repair of our washing machine. He came the next day and found the agitator had broken. He had the parts on the truck and it was up and running 30 minutes later. I don't think I could ask for anything more than that.

Since the issue with the washer was something that could not be fixed, we just paid for the service call.

I called Rick early on Monday morning and described the problem with the refrigerator. Rick arrived at the fouse within an hour and assessed the problem of a bad controller board. He had to order the part which he got later that day and returned to fix the refrigerator later that afternoon. Rick was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend him and will definately use him again in the future.

I found Rick Greene on Angie's list. I called and set up an appointment. He arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem. He returned and put the part on. He knows what he is doing, and does it quickly.

Rick Greene responded quickly and arrived on time. I like to see what's going on in order to learn something, and Rick was very happy to show me things about my old Maytag and specifically showed me the part he removed to replaced and where is was worn. He seemed pleased that someone was interested.I got the impression that Rick is extremely knowledgeable in his work. He is conscientious and pleasant. His price is fair. I will definitely use him again when I have appliance problems. I recommend him highly.

He was on time. He was professional and personable. He is a good guy overall. He knows his craft and knows it well. There are certain individuals in our community that do the job. There are other individuals that exceed and Rick is one of them.

Would use him again, for all my major applieances.

I thought he was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty. He could've done some repairs and charged me for it, but he didn't. He told me that my stove was old and he wouldn't recommend trying to fix it.
