Montgomery Webb was out 30 minutes after the phone call, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it once the parts arrived. Very polite and even asked if there were any special rules in our house, for example take your shoes off. No one usually asks that.

 + -1 moreVery well. It took a couple of days to get the unit in, then a couple more to install. They hauled off the old unit for me and all was well. I am very impressed with the service.
Description of Work: My A/C and Heating unit was in bad condition. I called for an estimate for repairs and was told and shown what was wrong with the unit and why it needed to be replaced. Very detailed on the information and willing to offer more upon request. So I had them replace the unit. They gave me several options and I picked from one of their recommendations
