The men on the job, Derek and Matt, took the time to explain what they were doing and provided me with options to suit our budget. They gave us the opportunity to complete some mandatory tasks on our own to reduce the overall cost of the repairs. They were very professional and friendly. They worked steadily and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

I had called Hagerman's plumbing early that morning, they had told me they would come about 1:00pm. About 1:30 I called to find out where the plumber was, they told me he could not come till the next day. (see detailed review under Hageman's plumbing site). So I called Montgomery Webb and they were able to come that day in an hour and a half. The plumber fixed it and said this kind of thing happen frequently. He was very nice I think he felt a little odd charging me $65.00 for something that only took minutes to fix.

They are price, but I think they are fair. They did a good job. They called me back and gave me a discount.

They are good about coming promptly and we had good results with them. We had good luck with him. I like the fact that they are available and when you call them, they'll be there within reasonable time. They are good about telling me what they are going to do before they do it and they are good in telling me if there's something they couldn't fix. The man who came out here talked about the options and what they could and couldn't do. Basically, they can't get it all fixed.

We have used Montgomery and Webb several times but in October 2012 they installed a new heating and cooling system for us. They did a great job and we would definitely use again.

I have used MW twice to perform work at a rental property in Owensboro. Both times they were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible in arrival times and able to work with me to find times that worked for me and my renters. The work was always done well and the service men were professional. I will definitely use them again.

I called to set up an appointment to get my ducts cleaned, didn't even ask for a formal quote. They said they would call back and schedule and never did call back. Guess they have enough business.

The service person arrived promptly and completed the job promptly. Billing was done after the visit due to some parts needing pricing and due to the busyness of the office. The bill was received shortly after the completion of the work.

I was very impressed with their service and have no dislikes. They were here within an hour. I didn't care about the price because they came within an hour on a holiday weekend to get my air conditioner working.

I've had good luck with this company before and recommended them to my friends. However, when my furnace went out in the fall I called them, a young man showed up, acted like he was busy inspecting and working on the furnace for TWO hours, only to tell me there was nothing he could do. He said the furnace wasn't getting any power and I needed to call an electrician. You'd think power to the furnace would have been the first thing he would check. One week later I received an invoice stating I owed for two hours of labor. After all of that, I changed the circuit breaker to the furnace and it worked fine all winter.

Came out for estimate. Went real well. Walked me through what they would do, what I needed, and gave an estimate on price. I ended up taking a competitors bid. Wife liked the competitors brand better?

We were very pleased with them. They were on time and they verified what they were there to do. They took care of our property. They took their shoes off when they walked on the carpet. It was just the little things that they did. They're extremely competent and professional. They sent out two gentlemen so it could be done in one call and not two so it would reduce the cost.

The service people arrived promptly and took great care in their work, ensuring that they would not track dirt in on the carpet. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and why. They combined both of our service calls onto one invoice, which made for eay payment. They thanked us for our business and advised us as to how frequently this service should be performed.
