We would recommend them. We had used them to install our windows before. We did not know that they did vinyl. Because they are Window World, they really do not advertise the vinyl. I would use them again.

Fast,efficient, very professional. No mess, clean up as if nothing had been done.

They were on time and seemed professional and setting up the appointment was very easy. They didn't measure or look at any of the windows, just asked me how many needed replacement, which I didn't really like. The pricing was very clear and they were able to price it per window, which made it easy to decide how many we wanted done at a time. The cost for the windows was pretty comparable, but the door was much more expensive ($1236.00) than the company we went with and we really preferred to get all the work down with the same company.

They are excellent. They gave a competitive quote and they did the job efficiently in one day as they said they would and looks like it is a good job and altogether it is a good experience. The price was competitive. They are punctual. They were professional. It went smoothly with the salesman and the installer. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

Salesman measured incorrectly so when installers arrived the first time they could not complete the work. It took about 4-5 more weeks to reorder the correct windows. Installers were very fast - once they had the correct windows. It took less than 1 day, they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and I feel that installation was very good. Overall, I think Champion probably has a better quality window that might be a bit more energy efficient, but at half the price ($2400 vs $5000) WW is hard to beat. But if your windows are more than just "standard" single windows I would insist on an installer coming out for proper measurement to avoid the delay we had.

I didn't go with them because of the price. They were professional and responded very well. They quoted $5200 for the job. I might use them if I get the right price.

I have absolutely NO complaints and would not hesitate to use them again when the need arises. Bill Cox is great, as is the office staff. Always friendly, always helpful and with one small mix up in a storm door ordered, everything was corrected easily and in a very timely manner. The workmen were always prompt, very friendly and courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My husband and I are very, very satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors and the quality of the service we received over a number of installation visits. There was no problem doing the work in several small jobs to meet our budgetary needs. In addition, we have seen a real difference in our heating/cooling bills. We give Window World - products and staff -- straight A's.

Great. Called several window companies for an estimate on a custom bow window in our 38 year old home. The original was custom built, huge (73" x 114") and covers almost an entire wall in our living room. It was made from 12" x 12" glass panes with wood lattice in between. The estimates were very high ranging from $4,600.00 to $6,000.00. One company even told us that the window could not be replaced and that we should just have it repaired (replacing all the individual panes and wood). I called Window World because they had installed all the new replacement windows (10) in our house several years before. The representative from Window World was amazed at the size of the original window and brought his crew chief in to take a look. They measured, talked, scratched their heads, talked some more and measured again. They came up with a plan and said "yes we can do it." The window had to be built and shipped, which they said would take 6 to 7 weeks. Six weeks later the crew showed up and installed the window (5 panels with 2 casement side panels), wrapped everything in vinyl and cleaned up. It's gorgeous! We noticed a drop in our electric bill right away. The crew said it was the largest window they had ever installed. Thank you to Bill Cox and all the crew you did an awesome job!

I thought their price was fair. The crew was really good and knew what they were doing. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves. They had really good attitudes and answered any questions. The installation crew was great. In the past we have other companies out to do similar work and they weren't near as good as this company. I will use them again in the future.

They are a marvelous company and I would recommend them every chance I get. They work around your schedule and are very accommodating. They are not high pressure sales. Their product is good and it is a good price. I had a problem with one window in a very small bathroom and they were able to put it in and fit it in such a way that it actually gave me a couple more inches of wall space.

They were average. I don?t think my interaction with them was memorable. Their quote wasn?t very significant. It wasn?t a professional quote. It wasn?t an impressive presentation. They just did a quick walk through and quoted a price before leaving. I think it was close to the bid given by another vendor who did a very good job. I have no interest in dealing with this company again in the future.

The 3 man crew called the morning they were due to arrive, they were here with 30 minutes of their call as they said they would be. The set up their equipment and ladders, carefuly removed all the pieces around the window and then pulled the old window out of the wall. They then lifted the new window into place, secured it with screws, centered it in the opening, put insulation around the edges and calked it in. Can't say enough about the install crew, they were polite and answered all my questions as they went along. The lead installer even went so far as to show me how to put down a good caulk bead when I remarked that I always struggle making caulk lines look right. Oh, one last thing, the salesman who came out to sell us the window was very fair, didn't get into the whole pricing up/down silliness that many window companies resort to.

They came and gave an estimate. We thought they might be expensive, but they were average. The windows were high quality. They cleaned up well. They were nice people.
