The window replacements went quickly...one day to take out the old and put in the new and a second day to wrap the outside of the windows and clean up. I am very happy with the final product and extremely happy with the cost. Most estimates I had from other companies were double and triple the cost.

They were all done in one day and they look great. Cleaned up well. I look forward to utility savings.

The workers could have cleaned up better. There was like trimming debris left in the yard and I'm still finding like screws on the roof where they took out the old windows and left those screws there. And then sort of a mishap, there was a bottle of bourbon that ended up missing during that time when they were there, but the company went above and beyond and replaced the bottle for me. I mean, that was excellent customer service on the company's part. I know those guys were like just hired contractually. I guess the best part was their exceptional customer service and then the worst part was just having to clean up after the job. I felt like they could have done a lot better.

I took one of the windows in to their shop, they measured it, made 2 replacement panes, and called me. I took in both foggy windows and in about 15 minutes, walked out with the new double panes in place.

We have used this company for 2 different houses and have been very pleased both times. I'm not finished with my current location and am planning on letting them do the rest of our windows. I always recommend them to other people when I know they are looking for windows. j

This is strictly a "bait and switch" scam. They advertise one price and then explain that that is not the real cost. A lot of fumbling explanations about why they don't really have that price and that the real price is more than double before you even add any special features. The product may be acceptable, but I do not want to do business with any company who feels it should be free to mislead me just to get a sales person in the door. If you choose to contact them, be aware that the price advertised is not a reality

From start to finish we feel Window World did a good job. We needed new windows, vinyl siding put on and a solution to leaf problems in gutters. Tommy Jones, owner of Window World took the time to explain what could be done and estimated the job. The two installers sent to do the job were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They paid attention to detail and it showed in the completed job. The office staff at Window World even called us saying we should apply for an energy rebate from Kentucky Utilities which we did. Nice sales person very knowledgable and willing to answer all questions. Office personal very friendly and helpful Had to reschedule because of rain, but prompt with a new date. Men showed up on time, friendly, informative and very focused on their work. Not a speck of dust in my house afterwards nor any damage to outside landscape. Cleaned up after the job. The windows themselves are great. My air conditioner use to run constantly trying to keep an even tempeture in the house...wow, didn't think I'd see such an amazinng change so quickly. House has nice even tempeture and my AC isn't running constantly. Absolutely, would recommend this company!

Excellent! I feel like they used good quality materials. They got done in a timely fashion. I did have one piece come out but they were good about coming in quickly to fix it. It looked very good. They didn't charge me. I would recommend them.

I liked their timeliness and attention to the detail of their work. They got it done when they said they would.

I did not use window world but wish I had. I had another contractor come by to give me a price on gutters and he spoke poorly of window world and talked me into using his company for both gutters and windows. Biggest mistake I ever made. Not only did that company do a poor job on my gutters and windows he damaged my drip edge that I had just installed. When I asked him to replace the drip edge he refused. I had to pay another contractor to fix these issues. I only wish Angie's List would allow me to warn others of this company that is listed in the Frankfort yellow pages. I would be happy to share if contacted.

It went very well. They performed the replacement just as we agreed.

Great installer group, showed up when expected, did great work in a seemingly small amount of time.

The fellow showed up 5 minutes early to install the windows, he was courteous and explained what he intended to do. He completed his job in a timely manner, it appears he did a good job of sealing windows and cleaned up his mess.

They do a awesome job. They installed two windows came on time cleaned up any mess very professional. Yes we will be using their service again soon. We have had our windows done a few at a time to spread out the cost.

Wow! What a difference. The windows we had in our 10 year old townhome were not good. First time I learned the term "contractor grade." These are so much better and the place is much quieter as well. Good company.

We chose upgraded windows and are pleased with the function. They were professional, prompt and neat. We notice a draft in the kitchen window and called for a repair after the first year. They came out and fixed the way the window was hung and corrected the draft. 2 windows have now cracked and we will be calling to replace and anticipate they will be under warranty.

I like them. When they got there, they started working and they didn’t clip until they finish that night. It was cleaned up and ready to go when they left.

All contacts were professional and courteous. This was the 2nd time I used this company, and I will use them again. The installation crew worked quickly and with as little disruption to my home as possible. They made every effort to clean up behind themselves and did not leave until the windows were inspected and approved. The only evidence of their work here were my new windows, and the smile on my face.

This was the third time I have used them on various properties and all three times they got rave reviews.

We are satisfied with the windows. They were here on the day they said they would be. Two guys got the work done in about 4 hours. They cleaned up afterwards and came back the next day to touch up a few things. They did a good job and we were happy with their work.

They came on time. They did the work well. Their prices were reasonable compared to others.

The installer (subcontracted by the provider) arrived promptly, was professional and did a great job. A couple of the windows needed to be traded out and this was done with no hassles. Good provider. Good job

Windows are decent quality, no better or worse than expected. The representation and service was very disappointing. 1) Salesman told me that replacement windows would only eliminate 1/4" of glass compared to my original windows. It was actually 1 " top and bottom, 2" each side. He should have set accurate expectations. 2) Windows were filthy with palm and finger prints - all had to be immediately cleaned including an upper window in an open foyer which was very difficult to get to 3) Very large shards of glass ended up in my lawn in multiple places from the glass removal, smaller shards inside 4 rooms. They did not pick up these pieces. This is inexcusable and dangerous. 4) Several foam pieces left on the 1st floor roof washed down to my gutters. I had to hire someone to clean out my gutters. I contacted the Customer Service rep. who told me that I have been sent "the best crew" and she was "surprised that these things happened". She said she would let the owners know but no contact from them as of now (May to end of August)
