Description of Work: They showed up at my residence in a timely manner but the diagnosis of post beetles was deemed untreatable by them.

Description of Work: I have had a contract with Terminix for many years and am pleased with the service they provide.

Description of Work: It's a little pricey compared to other guys around town but terminix will warrant their work, for termites, where the other guys don't. The salesman and the guy that came out were very nice and very professional.

Description of Work: I ordered an encapsulation of my dirt crawl space located on the other side of my downstairs (lower level exercise room) under the kitchen (upper level), which was leaking water and also probably radon.I feel protected from mold and fungus because of the air tight plastic and dehumidifier checked once a year or sooner, if needed. |It was just finished today.I haven't compared prices, for none of my neighbors have it.But my daughter checked it out and for the peace of mind it gave her and me, it was worth it.

Description of Work: I kept trying to make a claim with Terminix and the manager would not come out. He stalled for weeks. I finally got his attention by turning him in to the Better Business Bureau. To their credit, they finally did pay the claim but it was a frustrating experience. I will never ever use Terminix again.

Description of Work: they arrived early, I was not home for inside inspection. I did try calling the service technician aat the number left on my phone but did not get a reply from him. I did not call main number.

Description of Work: We have two services under contract with Terminix and have for many years. One for termites and one for other insects. We are pleased with both services. The termite service started with one big treatment and then an annual inspection and free re-treatment if necessary. The other service is an ongoing quarterly treatment for other insects.

Description of Work: yearly contract for termites. Don't always give much notice of inspections. Therefore not inspections inside most of the time. However, I have had no issues for years.

Description of Work: Pest control. Knocked on the door to see if we wanted service inside or needed anything. We didn't, so he sprayed the outside for the ant problem we have.

Description of Work: On the above date Terminix was to do an annual inspection. Two men arrived three hours after the appointment time and did not bother to state why they were late. I asked if they needed to come in the house to inspect and the answer was no. They went to the crawl space on the outside of the house but returned shortly and said they could not open the door because it was cold. Therefore, even though I had paid for the contract with them, no inspection was done. I later received a letter from them which stated that someone needs to be home so the men could have access. I WAS AT HOME ON THE DAY SCHEDULED. I did not renew my contract with them for another year.
