Description of Work: We got estimates from 2 other places. Although T. Smith's price was not the lowest, we got the best service and quality. We paid about $9000 for 22 windows (including one large window). We are very happy with the finish products, would definitely recommend T. Smith to others!

Description of Work: You did a great job on our window replacement & we're delighted. We said we'd review you on Angie's list, but for some reason every time we try to do that, it recognizes that you're in the system but won't make you accessible for us to write anything. Just wanted you to know that we've tried & failed. And still have your sign in front of the house. We'll look for some other avenues for positive internet feedback.

Description of Work: They replaced 22 windows. This was an outstanding, educational presentation, as well as an very professional installation. Job was completed in 1.5 days, despite a lead paint abatement problem as well as a 50+ year old house. Great care was taken to avoid damage to vegetation around the sides of the house and to minimize dust and dirt inside. Result was excellent enhancement to the overall functionality and "curb appeal" of the home. I am looking forward to energy savings and not having to balance on the ladder every fall to clean my windows.
