We are a animal removal based company from mice,raccoon,squirrels or any other four legged pesky creature. We also help with bats and any birds. First we set an appointment at the earliest convenience for our customers and do an inspection of home or property to set the proper bait and traps once the animal or animals are removed. Also we do repairs that are animal proof to prevent any more entry ways if customers chose so. All repairs are done with metal or steel mesh to make them animal proof animals can chew through wood or plastic. The team here is very respectful and polite we value the 3 Cs cautious Careful and caring to help is be safe and keep our customers safe and happy we all here have 5+ years of experience with this line of work but we are still open and do learn more everyday. We also believe in a fair deal and that money can some time turn away customers who really need help we are very flexible in our prices and willing to make payments if need be. So we hope to be able to make your animal issue go away fast and safely and prevent from ever happening again

"I applied with black diamond and was offered a position. Had to go to the Walton ky location to ride with another trainee to the Jeffersonville Indiana location (hour and a half drive) for training. Was at the location for more then half or a day of trading and was completely hired passed my background check and drug test was also already added to the vehicle insurance. Then I meet with the lady who did my interview and she seen I have tattoos on my hands (Mind you these tattoos are very old and very faded also barley seen unless actually looking for tattoos) she then told me she would have to find out with higher ups if I could work for them with these tattoos and I would be giving a ride back to the Walton location and paused on my training until she was given a answer. As me and the nice gentleman who does the training are almost back to the Walton location he received a email saying that due to these tattoos I will not have my job anymore. This company was already informed in the interview that I had tattoos in areas that are visible even with regular clothing. I was greeted by many people here and was very well liked and told I will do great in this company. I feel very discriminated against and disrespected. I am more then qualified for this position and was told that on multiple occasions by other employees due to me coming from a construction background. So not only did they waste my time but they also had me spend money on clothing g just to come in for my training. Clothing I had to spend a decent amount of money on and quite a bit of time trying to find due to them being very specific on the color and style of clothing and them giving me the men’s style to go off of and nothing to go on being a women. To me this was very unprofessional and very outdated to be a company trying to strive to become better in 2024."
