Pin-Point Animal Removal

Excellent job! This company showed up on time. Stayed in contact with me letting me know their arrival time. A starling made a nest in one of my exhaust vents. Pin-point removed the nest, sprayed some formula in the vents to kill the parasites, and put a screen inside to keep the birds out. A walk around was done, and other vents were screened as well after I was informed about them. It was an option to have them done so I decided to get them taken care of. There were no surprises when it came to the payment total. The communication was a plus, politeness, affordable, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again! ....No birds were harmed :)

Dusty was knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. He secured the entry ways into my attic to prevent bats and birds entering as well as provided a way any trapped bat could exit. I will hire pinpoint in the future for any of my pest control needs. Thank you Dusty!

I had a pesky woodpecker that liked drilling holes in my home instead of my woods. Pin-Point Animal Removal came out and repaired the house damage and provided suggestions for a deterrent. Dusty, owner of Pin-Point, provided links to the deterrent options and returned to install. While he was repairing and installing, he noticed a need for gutter cleaning, suggested a cost effective gutter guard and noticed various soffit screens needing repair where other “critters” had the potential of entering the attic. Pin-Point cleaned and installed gutter guards and soffit covers (which he painted to match the house). The workmanship was terrific and professionalism was kind, caring, respectful, and approachable. Dusty did a great job locating all the entry points and sealing them to stop the mice from getting in. When it came to trapping, Dusty explained his process and let me know what to expect. Because I cannot stand to see the dead mice, he used special traps that hid the bodies and placed other traps out of view which he inspected when he did his follow up visits. I greatly appreciated his efforts and I learned a lot! Thanks again, Dusty!

I discovered a dead raccoon in my backyard late yesterday afternoon. Of course, I panicked. Pin-Point was able to give me an appointment first thing this morning. He arrived on time and quickly removed the raccoon. Hopefully, I don't face something like this again but if I do, I'm calling them!

Excellent! Understanding our alarm at finding a snake in the basement, Dusty came to our house and promptly removed it. He also located and sealed some small openings where a small critter could get in. It was a perfect ending.

The raccoons were tearing up my lawn and were extremely friendly, to the point they were trying to come into the house. I have two very small dogs that I take out at night and we're concerned for their safety. Dusty was wonderful, very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done.
