WARM HEARTH CHIMNEY SWEEPS

Kerry and Larry showed up when expected and were very nice and professional. They took the time to explain some functions on our fireplace that we were unsure of as we have only lived in the house for 2 years and had me look up the chimney using a mirror to see how clean and clear the chimney was. Due to this they didn't have to clean it so the charge was $100 less than it could have been. They also inspected the chimney from the roof to make sure all was ok up there and gave us a thumbs up that we are good to enjoy our new fireplace this winter. Kerry also provided a very informative fireplace safety brochure to get us started. I really appreciated that they were honest and didn't just unnecessarily "clean" the chimney just to up the price as some less reputable companies might do. Punctual, clean and friendly. Our fireplace hadn't been used in many years, and had never been cleaned. He did a great job, and was very nice.

Kerry determined that my chimney was in good shape so he didn't charge me. He should be coming back to install a cap since it was raining when he came out and the roof was wet. Once that happens, I can report on the quality of his work but I was very happy he didn't charge me anything.

Went very well. I learned alot about how to care for a fireplace and chimney to avoid fires and any other problem in relations to operating a fireplace safley. Also about chimney maintance.

We suspected there was a problem with our chimney. The contractor determined all was well with the chimney, but did find a problem with the gas logs. He made a minor adjustment to them, which improved the combustion, and increased the heat output. We were very satisfied with his work.

I called them and they called the tenant to set up an appointment. They came out as promised and did a good through job and did not leave a mess. Thank you.

I called Monday and asked if I could get an appointment for Chimney Sweep and Inspection. I had not cleaned my fireplace since my last burn in the winter. He was able to get me in the next day. He was prompt and the services performed went exactly as he explained to me ahead of time. He cleaned the glass too which I did not expect. I will definitely use him again for this service in the future.

Warm Hearth was very responsive. From my initial call to the final installation. He accommodated my schedule (which meant a slight delay because of my traveling). I was working from my home office on the day the installation was scheduled and I was on a conference call when he arrived. He thoughtfully signalled me that there would be some noise from the chimney cleaning in the other room and closed both sets of doors to my office while I was on the call. Overall, I was very pleased both with his considerateness andf the quality of the work.

They were very good. They did the job. They found a squirrel's nest in the chimney and they pulled it out and put the things on top that would prevent that from happening again.

During the winter of 2009-10, one of my chimney's started to leak when it rained. I went to Angie's List and found this company. They arrived on time and discussed my options (which I chose a full inspection first since I was selling my house). They outlined and demonstrated to me all the problems where and which fireplace regulations which the old chimneys and fireplaces did not come up to code on. Since it was winter, they could not make all the repairs in the cold, but came back several times when it was convenient to me and at no extra cost. They were not only friendly, but clean. When they finished, I could not even tell they had been there. I did go online and check out the regulatory codes they referred to and confirmed that everything was exactly as they said.

He was able to arrive early and called ahead to see if that was convenient. He was just wonderful. Very prepared and well equipped to clean our fireplace but keep the rest of the house clean. He was super friendly and we felt like we had known him forever. He left our fireplace as clean as it's ever been. We will definitely use him again and we have already referred him to others.

He is fantastic. There was something really odd in my house. He put some stuff around the chimney on the roof. He is an amazing character. He was communicative. He was polite, professional, friendly, responsive, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable about the work.

Completed his job in a timely manner and was careful to make sure that homeowners were involved with his discoveries and resolutions to problem areas.He did a great job and left his work areas very clean and intact. They came in put down drop cloth and immediately went to work. The work was thorough, efficient, and swift. Mr. Culbreth was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was thoroughly pleased with the service.

They arrived on time and were not only very polite but could not have been friendlier. Their friendliness was genuine. I had a few questions for them about some possible changes we wanted to make concerning our stove. They gave some excellent advice that I'm sure saved us a lot of money. They covered the entire work area with cloths so as to keep it from getting dirty. They cleaned out our chimney and the pipe leading from the stove. Nothing had been said about cleaning inside the stove, but they did that also. They even cleaned the windows. It hasn't been that clean since we bought it! We have another fireplace that we don't use as often. Because we are on a budget I did not feel that we could afford to have both fireplaces cleaned at this time. They offered to examine the second chimney to let me know if it was safe to use throughout the winter. They did not charge me for this. They did a great job, charged me what we agreed upon and went beyond what was needed (and they left my house clean). I was extremely pleased. I will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kerry was running ahead of schedule, so he called to see if he could stop by earlier. That was fine with me, so he came to the house early. I liked him immediately. He was friendly and professional and even laid down a blanket so that he wouldn't track dirt into our home. He inspected our gas fireplace and rearranged the logs to make it burn prettier and then showed us how to light the fireplace. He warned us of rust on our chimney and told us to call him in a couple of years to schedule fixing it up. I really appreciated his honesty in that matter. I would highly recommend him to homeowners for any fireplace related issues.
