The owner was responsive and engaged across the process. He provided exactly what had been requested and kept me informed when the needed item was on back order. Installation was smooth and timely. I have used in the past for chimney sweeping and they were excellent then as well.

pI saw a couple of reviews on Angie's List and decided to call Kerry. This was one of the best moves I have ever made. He came over within 24 hrs and told me what I needed. He showed me the pricing of the parts and gave me an estimate at that time. He called later in the day to confirm the cost since is was slightly different than the original quote. I agreed since the cost was minimal. He called, came over, installed the extension and cap without any problem. He appears to be quite concerned with doing the job right the first time and making sure the customer is satisfied with the end product. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days but he hit both ideals right on the head!!! I would be honored to give his name as a reference to anyone in the future. He was punctual and did not waste any time getting the work done as efficiently as promised. Would be happy to have him work on my house any time he needs to do so again.

We were completely satisfied with the analysis of our fireplace and chimney. Kerry and his team are honest, punctual and didn't try to push or sell anything on us. He actually saved us money because he said the chimney was in great shape. He pointed us in the direction of going ventless for a variety of safety reasons, and gave us the numbers of several reputable contractors in the area that all checked out great on Angie's List. Great, Warm Hearth fit us in on short notice before Christmas. They arrived early and were very honest. We wouldn't haven known the difference but they told us our chimney didn't need cleaning so we were only charged the $85 inspection fee. Even during the busy holiday season they took time to show us how to use the gas starters on each of two fireplaces and let us practice. We were able to safely use the fireplace for Christmas. They were super nice and friendly and even took time to talk to our 4 year old who was very interested in the whole fireplace experience. I can't say enough good things.

Warm Hearth Chimney Sweeps was punctual, polite, professional, thorough and extremely tidy in handling the chimney inspections. Again, they gave they same service upon return to install the cap and damper. I have listed this company as a future contact in my iphone. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Estimate was very thorough and a good price. Their thoroughness, however, identified several things that needed to be fixed before the fireplaces/chimney could safely be used due to carbon monoxide issues, While we were grateful they identified the issues, it made the estimate much higher than we could afford at the time. We still don't have the money to get it done, but when we do we will definitely call them back. We were also very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of their business.

I called him to come and gave me an estimate, he did come back and gave me an estimate. What he did more importantly for me, he told me my chimney needed repair and he cannot do the repair so he gave me several people to call if I needed amazing to come out there and fix my chimney and so I did use another guy. He came out and repaired my chimney and I wrote a review on him and posted it on Angie's List. He did a great job. I would say that Warm Hearth is a good guy. I appreciate what he did before even if I didn't use him. He was very knowledgeable, professional and I just got a very good feeling that he's a good guy and I'm sorry that I didn't end up using him but I couldn't because he couldn't do the work for me. The other guy ended with the chimney cap so I originally called Warm Hearth. What he was going to do is put a chimney cap. The reason I called him was I needed a chimney cap for my chimney. The old one had deteriorated and fallen off the chimney so he was going to come out and install a chimney cap but he said that he could install a chimney cap but my chimney is in bad need of repair and it would be better off if I got the chimney fixed before he put the chimney cap on and the other guy came out, fixed the chimney and gave me the quote on the chimney cap and it's actually a lot cheaper than what Warm Heart was going to do it for. Warm Heart was going to put up a much bigger and more expensive chimney cap on but what the other guy put in there is stainless steel, it should last a long time so that's what I ended up putting in there. It was a lot cheaper that's why I used him instead of Warm Hearth. He was very reasonable.

The guy was really honest and upfront and on time. It was just really excellent service. I recommended him to my son.

I had not had the chimney in my house cleaned in many years. They came out and cleaned it and did a great job. In addition to cleaning, they also sealed some cracks. They are very professional and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

A two-person team (owner and helper) arrived on-time and were very courteous and professional. They carefully moved furniture away from the fireplace and laid down a drop-cloth. The work was performed in a very detail-oriented way. Everything was returned to normal prior to them leaving, and they left no dirt behind. I had a question about insulating the fireplace in the off season, and the owner took time to carefully walk me through some recommendations. This is the second time I've used Warm Hearth and I will use them again. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and neat. I wish all home contractors were like Warm Hearth.

Kerry has preformed chimney cleaning and repair on both my renovations and my personal home. He stands behind his professional work and is honest in his dealings. I have just purchased another home and he is one of the first professionals I plan to call for a chimney inspection and any necessary repairs. TOP Kerry, owner of Warm Hearth, and his coworker Kenny, are OUTSTANDING. I called regarding what I thought was either a nesting bird or some other critter in one of our chimneys. Kerry arrived on time and checked not only the fireplace that I indicated but our other two fireplaces, as well as both of our chimneys (for no additional cost than the basic inspection). Having purchased this home last year and not knowing the inspection/cleaning history for the fireplaces or chimneys, I asked Kerry about whether we needed them regularly serviced each year (with gas, not necessary unless you're experiencing a problem) and about the condition he found ours in. Ours apparently have been seldom used and appeared almost new. He said that a cleaning was simply not needed and he wasn't going to perform and charge us for an unnecessary service. And our problem?? Kerry suspected that either birds or ducks were attempting to access the chimney in order to nest and, not having an opening to get through, they've finally moved on. What had been an every-morning-for-nearly-10-days noise didn't occur this morning prior to his visit (of course!) so we're hoping that the birds -- or critter(s) -- have taken up residence elsewhere! And, if we do happen to hear noise again, Kerry said to call him and he'd be right back out to check -- AT NO CHARGE. I appreciated Kerry's honest, straight-forward approach to doing business and will certainly call him out again if/when needed. TOP-NOTCH service and extremely personable and polite service. They arrived on time for the appointment and inspected the fireplace in question. They got drop clothes out and were very clean and professional in their work. After cleaning out the fireplace, flue and chimney, they inspected the firebrick in the back of the fireplace. Two of these were cracked and needed to be replace. Because of the age of the zero clearance fireplace, Kerry was not sure they could get the firebrick that would fit. He measured and told me they would get back to me as soon as they could get an answer from the distributors. They were able to fine some firebrick that could be cut down but the price was very high. They suggested placing reflector shields in front of the firebrick instead because of price and it would add additional heat into the room. This price was about half of what the firebrick would have cost. They orderd the shield and installed it after closing in the cracks on the firebrick. I felt they were very professional and would use them again if the need came up.
