Description of Work: Kerry is very reliable, trustworthy, hard working, and genuine. Does nice work and doesn't try to sell you other services.

Description of Work: My fireplace was inspected to see if any repairs were needed or if the chimney needed cleaning. The owner, Mr. Culbreth found the fireplace in good condition and not in need of cleaning. He inspected the roof to make sure all was well there. He was very polite and assured me he would not charge me for a service (cleaning) I did not need. This is the second time he has inspected my fireplace and I'm very pleased with his service.

Description of Work: Inspected two chimneys and fireplaces and cleaned the one I use. Kerry was super friendly and they were quick and efficient and exceptionally clean. I appreciated their suggestions for repairs that need to be completed and their referral for a mason to complete them. All in all a great group and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney cleaning, etc.

Description of Work: They did a very thorough review of, and recommendations for, our 2 fireplaces. We received what we considered a reasonable estimate but at the time could not afford to have the work done. When we have the money, we intend to call them back.

Description of Work: We used Warm Hearth two years ago and had a great experience. The owner showed up as promised, did a great job, and we were interested in having him come again. This late August, however, we set a date and time, which he changed three times in only a few days; when he did come (changing the time that morning), we asked to have an hour to go out and get some lunch (we hadn't done so earlier b/c we thought he was coming earlier). He said O.K. and that he'd come that afternoon; he never came and never called. Still hasn't called. We think that we were pretty flexible, but our time and schedule are important to us. We're using a different service b/c we don't think he treated us in a professional and considerate way.

Description of Work: Kerry came in and inspected my chimneys and fire places. He determined that they looked fine. His inspection was very thorough and informative. He explained how to operate the gas fireplaces and other details that I was not aware of. He was very professionally dressed and would highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: Kerry is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time and asked a few questions about the fireplace. Kerry proceeded to lay down blankets to keep the area clean from soot. He cleaned the fireplace and went over the bill and provided a pamphlet with some information on fireplaces. I would recommend him without hesitation and will use his service again.

Description of Work: HE CAME IN AND SWEPT THE UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS CHIMNEYS. HE HAD A CAMERA THAT CHECKED WITH A LITTLE SCREEN WHERE HE COULD SHOW US EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THE CHIMNEY AND SHOW US THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF HIS CLEANING.
