Description of Work: I needed the outside glass on our stove replaced. I called urgent care and asked them if they could replace the glass or would I need a whole new door. He text me the price for the glass and I agreed for him to fix it. When he showed up he brought the inside glass not the outside like I told him. He then tells me I needed to replace the door which would cost about as much as a new stove. I was charged 125 dollar service call fee for him to do nothing.
