 + -1 morePRETTY MUCH BECAUSE THEIR PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND THE WEEDS ARE GONE. THE GRASS IS GREEN AND IT IS THICK. I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF CONTACT WITH THE PEOPLE, THEY HAVE AN AUTOMATIC PHONE SCHEDULING SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONFIRM THE TIME. THEY COME AND DO THEIR WORK AND THAT'S IT. NO PROBLEM WITH THEM.
Description of Work: ANNUAL PRICE, THEY JUST DO LAWN FERTILIZING AND WEED CONTROL. THE YARD IS 5000 SQUARE FEET. THEY DO LAWN FERTILIZING AND WEED CONTROL ALL OVER THE YARD.

 + -1 moreI SWITCHED TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY CONTROL THE WEED GROWTH BETTER THAN MY OLD COMPANY DID. HOWEVER, I STILL HAVE SOME WEED GROWING AND THEY SAY THEY WILL DO A REPEAT APPLICATION IF THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT THEY TRY TO PUT ME OFF BY SAYING "YOU'RE DUE FOR ANOTHER APPLICATION SOON ANYWAYS." BUT THEY ARE NOT GREAT BY A LONG SHOT.
Description of Work: THE PRICE INCLUDES EVERYTHING SCHEDULED FOR THE YEAR BUT THEY ALWAYS CALL ME AND TRY TO SELL ME MORE SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THERE ARE MORE SERVICES TO OFFER IF EVERYTHING IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE PACKAGED DEAL. THEY DO SEVEN APPLICATIONS OF FERTILIZER AND WEED CONTROL AND SUPPOSEDLY EVERYTHING A LAWN WOULD NEED FOR THE SUMMER BUT THEY STILL TRY TO CALL AND OFFER MORE.

Description of Work: THEY SPRAYED FERTILIZER ON THE GRASS AROUND THE ENTIRE YARD. THEY AERATED THE YARD AS WELL.

THEY LEAVE A DOOR HANGER TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN HERE. MY HUSBAND IS PICKY AND WHEN HE ASKS FOR THINGS, THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS TRY TO PLEASE HIM.

Description of Work: Scotts Lawn Services put fertilizer on the lawn during one visit. On a second visit they fertilized again and sprayed for bugs around the foundation of the house. We paid $500 up front for service from spring through fall.
