They have done a great job of restoring our lawn to a quality level .

This seasons experience with Trugreen was awful! I am not sure if we were dealing with a new office this summer or what but EVERY treatment had issues. Issue ranged from not treating the entire contracted area, request for retreats not being conducted, treating the WRONG property and most recently not even showing up to treat the yard after two conformation telephone calls. Needless to say I have canceled their program for the remainder of the season and will be inquiring for new service provider for the spring.

Would get the automated phone call that they would be here the next day weather permitting. Did not show and no phone advising not coming. I realize life happens, employee get sick, over booked and so on. Just give me a call, text or email.

The service has been fine, has been for years. The cost varies depending on the service they do.

Their good their very good, they been extremely helpful and everything they done everything they said they would do I'm pleased with their service as well. I have them four times a year.

I have been using them for the last 20 years. The cost is $38 per application.

After a year of having service I don't see any real results. I still had lots of crab grass and weeds in my yard. Some parts of my yard the grass still seemed bare, for example under a tree where there is a slope. I would avidly not recommend tru green.

Since Tru Green took over from the previous owners, the prices have gone up and I'm not very satisfied with the service. I'm thinking about discontinuing the service with them.

The work is barely satisfactory. They leave the area as they found it. I would not recommend them to a friend.

They will definitely work with you as far as price. I can't do as many treatments as I normally would because of my budget. As I was gonna drop it, the cut down the costs and lessen the amount of treatments. For the few services I got, I guess it killed some of the weeds but it probably wouldn't be fair to give a complete assessment on him because I didn't get as many treatments as I should have on the lawn. As far as wanting to keep me and working with me on price, they're really good.

I went with them because that is what my boyfriend use. They do a good job. If I would have to buy all the stuff and do it myself, I think I could not do it better. In terms of the other things, they are always punctual and professional. They do a really nice job. I do plan to use them next season too.

Bottom line: They killed my lawn. My lawn was weed free in the front and my new seedlings in the bare spots that I had nursed to a beautiful lawn for the previous two months were killed within one day of the treatment.

Horrible! We marked our Invisible Fence with white spray paint. My husband went outside with the work crew to show them the white painted lines and instructed them not aerate within a foot of that line. They made no effort to avoid the underground fencing system. There were aeration holes (2-1/2 inches deep) punched directly into the white painted lines. The Invisible dog fencing isn't buried very deep and I will be amazed if they didn't damage it. My husband also watched the guy run his aeration machine right into our aggregate side walk. Initially, they showed up without calling first so the dog was out and we hadn't done the locates yet. Then my husband confirmed an appointment for Monday, 10/27 and they didn't show up. He called and they came the next day.

They have been fine. I have been with them for many, many years now. I guess the reliability and their products stand out the most. They are helpful because I have a difficulty or question. The prices are right. As for responsiveness, they are very good. I have one problem one time. They are great. They always call you before they're coming just to remind you that they'll be there.

I would use them again in the future.

I called the 800 national number and they took my basic info and what I wanted and sent it along to the regional office. I called the office two days later to try and schedule the first visit. They stated that the invoice had been generated and that they should be out today....no show. I called back the next day and talked to an "Auditor" who validated my information and told me that they would have someone arrive that same day....again no show. Lastly, I phoned in on 6/16 and asked to talk to the location manager who was not in but I left a detailed message stating my dissatisfaction and have not heard back.

Called the office to ask for a one year contract for lawn and tree service for the year of 2014.

I would tell other members to be sure to contact the local office, not the 800 number. I like their punctuality.

I had a good experience with them. I've been using them for 10 years. I've seen the difference on my yard since they've done the fertilization. I think their price is a little high. They are probably one of the best ones around here.

They've been fine. We've had them for years. There was one little problem and they came out and said they'd do it and that was it. And that was years ago. They're always courteous and friendly when they see you and they usually try to call you ahead of time to make sure you have your yard unlocked and animals put away.

I called customer service and liked that they promptly answered my call promptly and not waiting long and wading through automated responses. They provided service on schedule and the provider would talk to me if I was home when treatment was provided. He recommeded care for lawn and talked it over with me. I love the difference they made on my lawn.

I got a coupon in the mail and I called them and then the next day a salesman comes home. He looks at everything and he takes a little measurement and he says I am going to come out as I am from the local office and I can give you a better price than what they did through the General Corporation. I said my lawn is full of weeds and we are putting our house for sale as I don't like living on the highway and so what you think about doing a power seeding. They have machine that throws seed down so he says it is better early enough in spring and it is cool and wet now. He measured the front and backyard and said they can set me up for the program for the spray and we will come out and do starter pre killer with pre emergent because we don't want to kill the grass seeds. He gave me a price and that was for everything and I thought that was great because I had couple of them come out and the estimates were so high. The guy said we can get started the next week. Trugreen called the next day and to get it started they want me to prepay. I couldn't give the guy a check and they wanted me to give a card. I gave them my visa card and nobody showed up. They said they will get me on schedule and I waited and one day this girl calls and says you were on schedule to get sprayed today but I didn't make it to your house but it wasn't even 5:0 clock yet in the afternoon. She said she can't come for two weeks and I said I have to get my l lawn seeded. I said the guy told we need to do weed kill starter fertilizer first and she said someone will call me and nobody called. I called them again. If you call the local number and if nobody picks it up it gets transferred to some other number and I won't even know which state I am talking to. I called the salesman and he said he will ask the boss to call and nobody called yet. I called seven different times. In between those times I come home one day and I run to the grocery store and came back and the guy was here to do the seeding. He said he was about to leave and I said nobody told you were coming. I told nobody has sprayed yet. He says I can't put weed killer down before the seed and they should have done it weeks ago and I said they should have done it. He said he will leave and will reschedule. I said you seed because I don't know when you are going to show back up again and I need to get this done before it gets warm. Next day we see the ground and we are like there are no scratches in the ground and I said I hardly even see any seed. I saw the backyard and there are very little seeds. I called and complained again and said I want my money back. I called corporate and she said I am calling the local office and asked me to hold and she said Tim will call be back. He called but he had a bad attitude and I said I want my money back. I asked him how many pounds per thousand are you supposed to put down a seed and he said they usually put around 8 or 10 depending how bad it is. I said I have a receipt from Geoffrey who put the seed and he has written down 3 pounds per thousand and he put down 39 pounds of seeds and he said he will have somebody come out. The manager comes and sees the front yard and he says it is awful. He goes back to the office and said I will get my money back. He even had to argue with the general manager there. I started communicating with the manager. I left a message to them saying I talked to my lawyer and if I don't hear from somebody she is going to proceed for me and I am going to call the attorney general because of your business practices and you are actually cheating me and I am going to call Better Business Bureau too. The other guy calls up and says I am sorry I thought Tim took care of it but right now he is in the hospital. He said he will do it himself and get my money back. It took a while like a week and finally I got it. I finally got my money refunded and it was a horrible experience. They spoilt the whole thing and it is so hot and I can't get it seeded now. Price wise I thought it was a good deal but it is not a good deal if they don't know how to do the job. The package for spraying was high without 10% discount.

What I like is that they don't cut my grass short enough.

Did not see striking changes from before to after treatments. I tried to meet with the service rep who performed the treatments, but he would always show up when I was at work. We had disagreements about the quality of the work, and the company sent my balance due to a collection agency.

They do a very good job and performed all the work on time! Be careful as they will consistently attempt to sell you additional services
