The technician was very good and solved my problem and was very professional

michael accessed the two problems and explained the options. the best option was to replace both the pump and heater. he diligently got to work and within a few hours completed both jobs. he was very knowledgeable and professional. we would highly recommend him and the company. we have used tom drexler on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service and their personnel .

Josh G. explained all options for the process of clearing the clogged drain. He work for approximately one hour trying to clear the drain. unfortunately because of the age of our house, the cast iron pipe was just too deteriorated . He was unable to clear the drain to his satisfaction . Adhering to his company's policy, we were not charged for the service call. Josh was very professional and showed pride in his work and the company he represented.

Technician came out and cleaned both AC units. Had a special where one was free and the other was 49.00 From Louisville Home show. He cleaned units then told my daughter we needed 1000.00 in repairs. He talked to me on cell phone and told me that there were miraculously 2 chipmunk nests, one in each unit. Stated that the relays in both units needed to be replaced, that they had black marks on them. He said it would cost 319.00 for each unit to replace relay, he then said one of the units also needed a sort of resistor replaced and that would also cost 319.00 I asked if I could buy parts From him and do myself and he said no, we don’t sell just parts. I told him I’d get parts from amazon then. I told him both units worked just fine and that I got a deal on the cleaning and that was why he was there.he actually laughed and said ah yeah you’re right both units work fine. He must have taken the chipmunk nests with him as there was no evidence of them at all and nothing in garbage can outside. I have never seen one chipmunk or even a squirrel at my home in the 6 years I’ve been there. He wrote on the receipt that both units are old (15+ years) and I should consider replacing. Can’t help but wonder where his thinking was(replace both units or invest 1000.00 into two units that work fine) I could have been a good customer in the future but now I don’t trust them one bit. Line of crap talk was what that was. Very disappointed.

They never came out. Made an apt on Tuesday for Thursday. Thursday they called and cancelled saying they were too busy to come out. so I made another apt for Monday 3-7. On Monday about 4 they called and said they were really busy and had some people go home sick and they wanted to reschedule. I told them I would call somebody else. if this is how they treat you before they ever step foot in your house, I don't want to hire them.

Chris S was great. He is very detailed in his work and also suggested buying a maintenance plan which I did. He explained the value the plan represents to me and how I use it. Already have my AC tune up scheduled for next week. The price was more than I anticipated paying, but after watching a professional install it, it was worth every penny. I would never have been able to line everything up like Chris did. Looks awesome and now I have a working dishwasher. Couldn't be happier.

Service went great today! Payton was very professional and kind!! He understood the importance of getting our problem taken care of quickly and arranged to have Ryan D. come out and give us an estimate that very day! Ryan was very professional especially with his majestic beard! He was real with us and helped us through a very tough situation. Ryan made me feel comfortable about the crawlspace under my house because if he can go down there with his amazing beard, I can definitely do it too!

Our technician, P.J. Hardin arrived early and ready to work. He carefully reviewed the work needed with me, provide alternates to job, then a written estimate. His work was carefully and professionally done, cleaned up his work area and explained how the piping was set up. All works. We will use this company’s services again; they are not the cheap guy on the block, but gave excellent value for the cost.

Taylor and Mike performed the service call. They were following up after a previous issue, for which I had contacted the company, had recurred. They were very professional and thorough in searching for the cause of the problem. Very courteous, explained everything they were doing to remedy the problem. Will call them again if I have a plumbing issue.

Installer was very knowledgeable & professional. We love the finished product.

Kendrick R was my technician for this service. He was punctual from the time the receptionist phoned advising he’d be arriving within 30 minutes. He greeted me and my elderly mother with a personality that was incredibly personable, cheerful, and good-natured. He asked the age of my furnace, which I could not answer. He found the answer when he opened the insides of the furnace and informed me the age and where that information can be located for future reference. He offered I watch him tune-up and look over the furnace, which I liked. He warned me of a part that’s still working fine, but could potentially go out soon due to the humming noise it was making. I noticed this sound prior to his visit and felt it was not typical, so I felt his assessment was on-point. He further recommended another assessment when my AC is tuned-up in the next few months. I’ve been using TD for nearly 1.5 years now and am very pleased with their technicians, their knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness of the work they perform. I’d highly recommend TD and certainly plan on using them again.

Okay ...was y expecting to pay $180 that is with a discount

Tech said cause was dirt on fan motor! Wanted $348 to repair! Second opinion revealed bad inducer motor!’

They were terrific! We were out of town so everyone we talk to worked with us to get heat in the house. The service man was very careful and polite, especially considering he had to come out in the late evening. He made sure we were warm and safe.

Water heater started leaking at 6 in the evening and we called the company that had installed it. As we were not a regular customer they had a 2 day wait period. My wife called up Tom Drexler around 7 pm. Kim responded promptly and was very kind and put us on high priority for the following day. PJ come in at 8:30 following morning and quickly gave a quote and started the work! . He was very methodical, did excellent work and cleaned up after he was done with the tank replacement. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Tom Drexler - you have an amazing team.

After, I'm sure, a very long day, Gunther arrived a little before 7:00 pm (expected arrival time between 3-7) and stayed until 9:00 pm to unfreeze several pipes and get my water functional again. He was professional and did an excellent job!! I hope I don't need these services again, but if I do, I hope Gunther is my assigned technician.
