Description of Work: New outflow pipes for sinks, toilet and showers. |I asked for an estimate and was given one that was on the high end of time |and supplies. I asked for it to be broken down and was told they would give me that. I asked several times and did not get it. They did not work |the number of hours that they said it would take and when presented the bill, I questioned the hours and labor. I was told the they could not change it. I complained and the bill was reduced by $500.00. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: AC tuneup. Installed new condensate pump, flushed condensate tubing, cleaned AC unit. Went okay. Wasn't expecting to pay that much, but that's probably the going rate. And the work was necessary prevention of basement water problems. Since I am on a prepaid service plan which covers the tuneup, I didn't shop around.
