Description of Work: I called Tom Drexler plumbing to replace the water pipes that feed my kitchen sink and to clear a clogged drain. A technician arrived on site and assessed the job. The price quoted to make the necessary repairs was near $1500. I declined to have the work done at that price. I found a local plumber (Roto Rooter out of Indiana) who completed the job very well and actually replaced my insinkerator as well for about $600. Even though Drexler did not do any work, they still sent me a bill for $250.00. Never again!

Description of Work: There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen on the first floor. The plumber made a small hole in the ceiling and checked the whole pipe that went from the bathroom to the kitchen. He said that it was probably a pin-sized hole that for some reason had expanded and contracted. He was there for about an hour and |a half. It has not leaked since then. I was not charged. I would call them in a heart beat! |

Description of Work: I called them to a rental house I own to fix draining problem in first floor bathroom. Plumber told me he snaked out tub and toilet drains. Tub worked, but toilet still had problem. He said needed a new toilet. I did not want my renter to be without use of the toilet, so gave the ok. The total bill was $1000. Which I think he was gouging me because of the situation. Have talked to 2 plumbers since then, and they say a good toilet costs around $200, and installation should be around $100 if already there. I called Drexler to complain, but they said basically I have paid for it, so tough luck. I will never use the company again.
