Was pleased with work that was done. Brandon and Thomas arrived around 8:30am and was finished around 4pm. Old air conditioner ran consistently.....excited that I now have cool house without air conditioner running all the time. Brandon also checked to make sure furnace was working. Both were congenial and kept me informed of work progress. Appreciated them coming on very warm day....not comfortable in upstairs attic! Also, appreciate helpful customer service reps and Heath the Company Rep who came out earlier and explained price, warranties and install info.

Did a great job. The dispatcher was very helpful, nice and professional. Came out on a Sunday, completely explained the problem and what was needed to fix. Jim was terrific, made sure I understood what was wrong and exactly what was needed. He mad sure everything was working and that unit was cooling correctly before leaving.

The plumber did the job fine and was very professional. My problem is with the price. New to the area, looking for a plumber, called this company. I checked around with a some other certified plumbers about the job and estimated cost. Generally, their costs were a half to a third of what I paid. I was foolish enough to get ripped off with the cost. Tom Drexler plumbing will never set foot in my home again.

Two technicians arrived early and worked for about two and a half hours. As far as we know, we are going to be satisfied with everything that was done.

Jeremy Uptain did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He provided suggestions and was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend him and this company.

The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion.

These guys were AWESOME! Chris and Tony were personable, pleasant, kind, and I'd hire them back anytime! What a blessing!

Roberts service and knowledge made both my husband and I feel he was honest and sincere. We also bought the Silver warranty which was explained well by Robert. He finished the job in a short amount of time and we are very pleased with the results. If we need service again I would hope we could call and request Robert, very personable and a good listener. Technician Jake Hanes did a outstanding job with a great attitude and personality . He showed up on time , cleaned up after he was done . He knew exactly what he was doing without any guesswork.. When I need service again I will be sure to ask for Jacob to do the work ..

Josh advised some work needed to be done...and the AC pad had sunk...He was very knowledgeable, and professional, as well as friendly, and kind...we decided to wait til work HAD to be done before anything is done...

I was extremely impressed with Timothy. He is an excellent ambassador for Tom Drexler and the epitome of quality service. His appearance was neat and professional. When I smiled at the American flag on his sleeve, Tim took the opportunity to brag about the company hiring veterans. He then explained his background in Georgia and how pleased he is to be working for Tom Drexler. Tim assessed the problem, put the info into his iPad and presented three options for repair. His company had just upgraded their software allowing for a more streamlined operation. In friendly conversation he explained the options and even the maintenance programs now available. When Tim came back into my home with the needed parts, he placed booties over his shoes and placed a canvas cloth on my floor at the work area. I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! We chatted while he worked and he NEVER had a negative comment about his job or even the sloppy work from the previous plumber/handy man. By the time he was finished, which was quickly and efficiently, I felt like I had met the plumber of my dreams!
