All employees were knowledgeable and explained the process well. They were able to perform the repairs and get our sewer line working again within 24 hours. Confident in the work done and the warranty. Not a fun thing to pay for but feel Drexler did it right and we have not had issues since!

Overall the job went very well. So far, we have had no issues. Chad and Steve polite and professional as they worked. They were also patient enough to explain each of the steps they were taking and to answer questions from a curious customer. This professionalism was made more difficult given the job was severely underbid (due to an underestimation of work that would be needed) and was likely not a pleasant one to work on. After arriving at our home under the impression that the job would only take 2 or 3 days, it quickly became apparent that it would take over a week. Nonetheless, they always remained positive and reassured us that they would be able to complete the job and we would not be charged in excess of the contract we signed (which thus far has been true). They even were kind enough to reseed an area that they personally did not tear up in replacing our sewer line. My only complaint would be with the communication from the main office. Oftentimes, my wife and I were unable to be home while work was being done so we couldn't talk with Chad or Steve. After several days of this and realizing the job would not, in fact, be done in the 2 or 3 days as estimated, I finally called the office to get an update. To my surprise, the folks in the office were aware of what was going on and even had an updated completion date estimate. I would have appreciated a phone call from the main office when they realized this change. I understand they don't give out phone numbers of the folks working the jobs for their protection. As that's the case, I believe it is the main office's responsibility to keep the customer abreast of any changes from the timing/work that was estimated. Overall, I was pleased with the work and glad that Chad and Steve were assigned to our property. I'd read/heard several reviews that warned against the company attempting to come up with ways to bill in excess of the agreed upon rate. Chad was quick to assure me that wouldn't happen and that the work would still be done in a quality manner.

Very nice person did great work. Replaces 2 shut off valves furnished by plumber (cost approx 15.00 each) and installed new kitchen faucet furnished by owner. Work was completed in 45 or 50 minutes. Total bill was 684.00 dollars which I thought was very unreasonable. Tell your children to skip college and become a plumber apprentice.

Tom Drexler's technician arrived within two hours of my call and was able to make the necessary adjustment in time for the gas company technician to finish that job while they were still in the neighborhood. In the process, they inspected the exposed pipes in the basement to discover several small leaks, which they also repaired. It wasn't cheap, but it was convenient. Drexler's technician, Chris S., and his assistant, were courteous, careful, and professional. The only problem I have is that Drexler's pricing is not particularly transparent and runs on the high side. You're paying a premium for their ready availability and reliability.

Perfect!! Alvin C. checked my A/C unit inside and used a hose to clean it outside. Alvin also advised me on the best use of my crawl space vents, and a basement dehumidifier (unrelated) -- how to connect a hose to make it more efficient, and for drainage. I very much appreciate Alvin C. and his kindness and thoughtfulness. I am thankful that he was my technician today!

Mike C and Josh were consistently professional and courteous from start to finish. They arrived promptly on each of the four days and explained what part of the bathroom remodel would be done for the day which helped us with planning our own activities in the home. Mike C always answered our questions clearly and when he showed us at the end of the day what was done, we were amazed. Debris was cleared quickly, walkway through the house covered, and the work area vacuumed regularly. The work by this crew was top-notch. It definitely was that quality that led us to decide to go with Drexler for another bathroom remodel.

My technician, Timothy N., was timely and thorough in replacing my water heater and sump pump. I live in an old house with a lot of outdated plumbing. He inspected and replaced some old valves and copper piping that was developing a leak. He took his time to make sure that everything was completed properly. He even made sure that the temperature setting was the same as it had been before. (I have young children who like to play with the faucets, and I didn't want the temperature too hot.) I really like the look of my new water heater and everything is working great.

Ryan R. did an excellent job replacing my furnace and ac. He and his team arrived on time and went straight to work. They were professional and thorough. The job was completed in a timely manner. Once my new unit was installed and had been tested, he took the time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions. The new system looks great. It runs less than the old system and is much quieter. Everything is guaranteed for 10 years parts and labor included. I am really pleased with my purchase.

And he did it all in an efficient and friendly manner. *** far as HVAC and heat pumps go he was the best choice for me.
