Description of Work: Replace the old malfunctioning water softener and flush the water tubings for resin. They also fixed a leaking shot off valve and a malfunctioning guest room faucet.They have to come back to fix a malfunctioning new water softener. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Drexzler Plumbing was able to UNSTOP a drain three other firms were unable to unstop. I think this resulted from my suggestion that a heretofore access to my sewer hookup be utilized. Sometimes it really pays to listen to someone who is not a professional, but who has pretty good common sense. Although we did not go with Drexler for the sump pump installation, I do highly recommend them for this type of work. Many thanks.

Description of Work: Nothing more than a bait and switch. They advertise snaking the sewer line for $99 but the price doubled ($198) as soon as he arrived but before he even began work. Seems the $99 dollars is for snaking the building drain, NOT the building sewer as advertised. | |It doubled again before he left to $396 but it was draining. He went a total of 65 feet and pulled out a few roots. He kept telling me the line would need to be dug up shortly, $2,000 was a minimum. | |The line plugged back up in less than one week. | |I rented a snake for $40 and did it myself, going an additional 15 feet. That was two and a half moths ago and I haven't had any trouble since. | |I feel as though he did a half-assed job and charged way too much for an hour's work. Just a set up for a future reaming. | | | |

Description of Work: I called to have a main line cleared. I was told the snake hit mud and the pipe had likely collapsed. The recommendation was to spend $3000 to dig up and replace the line. I called another plumber the next day and his snake went right through a clog with no problem - and no evidence of mud. Total cost was $179.

Description of Work: replaced water outlet valves in 3 bathrooms.

Description of Work: I called this company to finish a plumbing job that I couldn't. They committed to visit between 1PM and 3PM. Not only did noone show, they did not call or contact me either. There are plenty of plumbing companies to choose from, and I will never do business with someone who cannot keep their word. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Tom Drexler Plumbing called me in early Nov. to remind me that I had a free checkup of all my plumbing due to the fact that I had purchased a water heater from them last year. The water heater is working great and I had forgotten about this. They also called on the day scheduled to tell me the name of the person coming and that he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very nice. Everything checked out well and one bit of advice really helped. He noticed that I had a shutoff valve for the water to my washer and he explained that I should close that valve when I wasn't using my washer to take pressure off the hoses. To me, that advice was worth his trip. There was no charge for this trip or any advice. I would definitely use this company again if I need a plumber.

Description of Work: My mother spent almost $500 with Tom Drexler Plumbing. She had a question after the service and left a nice voice mail for him to return her call. He never did. He has trucks all over town, bubble wrapped, with his smilng face on the back. What a hypocrite!!! I us B.C. Plumbing, and the owner, Bruce Cohen will ALWAYS get back with you! I highly suggest NOT to use Tom Drexler to anyone out there!!!

Description of Work: We had our own gas logs and he charged us $369.50 for putting in the gas logs in. It took him 30 minutes and we already had a gas starter and a key outside the fireplace for burning logs. He put in a copper tube that cost at most $5. He said he looked in up in the Tom Drexler plumbing book, and the book said $320 and he charged us $49.50 for coming out. I will never do business with Tom Drexler plumbing again!

Description of Work: Drexler performed Major Roto Rooting and other inside plumbing jobs with Multi people - none knowing what the other had done. After spending 3K$ with Drexler, I finally had to have the pipe dug up in my backyard - roots in the old pipe - something that Drexler should have seen with their camera - also another charge. I would Never use Drexler again!!!
