Description of Work: Work is performed once a month with Terminix. At one time we had termites and they took over for the company we had, because they went out of business. We have been very happy with Terminix. They call before they come so we can put our dog in the house. They check our traps and replace any caps that have been damaged. We pay an annual fee and yes I would hire them again if I moved to another location.

Description of Work: Some technicians are better than others. They showed up before the time window they gave me and didn’t call me to let me know so nobody was at home. I have also sent them an email and have not had a follow up from them.

I WOULD SAY THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS POSITIVE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH. WE COULD PROBABLY HAVE DONE BETTER IF WE DID SOME SHOPPING. I MIGHT USE THEM AGAIN, BUT I WOULD ALSO HUNT AROUND FIRST.

I GAVE THEM AN "A", BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY TERMITES SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT. WE SEE THEM, THEY JUST KNOCK ON THE DOOR, AND LET US KNOW THAT THEY'RE HERE AND GO ON INSPECTING. THEY'RE IN UNIFORM AND THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCT. THEY KNOW THEIR PRICES AND THEY'RE VERY POLITE. THEY DO THEIR JOB AND THEY DO IT WELL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY DO TERMITE PREVENTION. THEY PUT SOMETHING AROUND THE HOUSE AND COME AROUND THE HOUSE EVERY COUPLE MONTHS TO MAKE SURE THERE ISN'T A TERMITE COLONY. IF THERE IS, THEN THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, AFTER THEY SET UP THE SYSTEMS, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANOTHER TERMITE AND THOUGHT THAT IT WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER COMPANIES.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A BAITING SYSTEM FOR TERMITES. ALL THE WAY AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO EVERY SIX FEET WITH 15 BAITING SYSTEMS.

I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT, THEY JUST COME WHENEVER. I'VE NOTICED SOME INFESTATIONS, AND THEY EITHER COME IMMEDIATELY OR THE NEXT DAY, SO I'D SAY THEIR RESPONSE TIME IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE VERY NICE, ALL OF THEM.
