Terminix® - Louisville -Termite & Pest Control

We pay for a year's service in advance. I have no complaints but I think their price is a little expensive. The technician that comes out is very thorough and explains everything quite well so the service was good. I will use them again in the future.

They are willing to work with me. They can finance me if I need termite control. I originally called another company who said that they could do nothing to help finance us for termite control. They were fast, easy, and worked with us right away. Basically we chose them because they come out every two months like clock work and spray keeping the nasty things out of my house.

They are local here. They are reliable, affordable and they are on time. We don?t see evidence of any insect activity like we did. So, that?s mostly what I like about them. We have a contract with them and so, they come every 3 months.

Their treatment is effective. There are no bugs now. They are pretty reasonably priced.

I spend probably $300 a year. I like that they are pretty easy to deal with and they come out and do their business. It is pretty easy for me because I don?t have to worry about my schedule. Once a month they come out and do the outside and then once a year they come out and do a thorough inspection to make sure there are no termites. I would recommend them because they were very thorough. They are also experts in insulation of floors and I never had any pest problems at all.

The job went well. It?s not something that I would do again. I don?t think it was very effective. It was effective only for a short term. It lasted only for a few days or a week at the most. I haven?t called the pest control guy to tell about it. The termite treatment was effective but the other treatment wasn?t. I think it might be effective if they did it on a regular basis. They have quarterly plans and they are experienced. I think they were competitive, price wise.

Conferred with Angies list and a realtor friend both seemed to recommend these folks. We had them out on a tuesday for an estimate. The salesman explained what the treatment would entail and gave us a written estimate. The work was scheduled for the following Monday to give us time to clear items away from the perimeter of the attached garage. The crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly. The bill was presented for the estimate amount. The treatment seems to have worked and we have signed up for annual inspections.

She came out and spent two hours with us - looking at every nook and cranny. The price seems high but it is for two years of service so we are very pleased.

I was heading out of town about a week later and they were able to get in and do the work before I left town. They were very careful while spraying around my house. They cleaned up very good when they were done with the job.

When the techs came to treat my home, I told them I found another way to get into the crawl space and they were able to get in and found the source of the problem. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that they also completely cleaned out the crawl space. They were able to change my contract to implement the guaranty so their work is fully warranted. They showed respect to my property and they did a great job. The approximate cost includes the treatment as well as the contract and guarantee.

The initial inspectors and salesmen were terrific. I found them at the local home and garden show. They went through my 100+ year old home thoroughly checking every nook and cranny for pests and termites. They also recommended blown-in insulation for my attic. I opted for the entire package consisting of termite control, pest control and the insulation. They drilled around the entire perimeter to treat the ground for pests; even through the sidewalks where they plugged and sealed the holes nicely afterward. The entire crew was clean, fast, and friendly. The cost for the whole package was great. I noticed the house was warmer and quieter upstairs right away. I can highly recommend the employees and the products. I have pets, so I am picky about what goes in the house.

They went up on their price but we have been using them for 15 years now. The price increase was only because of the price increase in gas. So it was not that bad. They always give me a courtesy call and I think that is nice. They are great about follow up just making sure that everything is okay. I am very pleased with this company.

The cost is for each quarter. They always schedule the quarterly treatment on time. Kerby is always on time and a real pleasure to deal with--he's always cheerful and friendly. They are extremely responsive if we call in for an ''extra'' treatment (at no charge), scheduling immediately, and following up to make sure the treatment worked. The treatments are 100% effective--if we see any bugs, they're dead. This is the best experience we've had dealing with a local company. I can't say enough good things about their service.

IT'S VERY GOOD. WE'VE APPRECIATED IT. MY HUSBAND WAS BITTEN BY A BROWN RECLUSE YEARS AGO, SO WE DON'T CARE HOW MUCH IT COSTS. I HAD CALLED THEM BACK THE LAST TIME, AND THEY HAD TO TRACK THE GUY DOWN. THERE WAS JUST SOME MISCOMMUNICATION. THEY NEEDED TO COME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF SOME ANTS, AND THEY DID. THEY WEREN'T THERE AT THE VERY MOMENT I WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THEM TO HAVE BEEN THERE.

WHEN I CALL THEM, THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY, USUALLY WITHIN A FEW DAYS IF THEY CAN SCHEDULE IT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE CLEAN. THE HOUSE HAS NO TERMITES AT ALL, SO I GUESS THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY COME BACK ANYTIME THEY ARE NEEDED. THEY'RE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE PEOPLE THAT I'VE DEALT WITH HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH. FOR WHAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO. IT SEEMS LIKE IT COSTS TOO MUCH. WHEN THEY SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK THERE WAS NO HESITATION. THEY'RE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM ANY TIME AT ALL TO GET IT DONE. IF WE HAD A PROBLEM THEY WERE HAPPY TO SCHEDULE AROUND IT.

I WOULD SAY THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE VERY PROMPT. MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE EARLIER THAN THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL BE HERE.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I HARDLY EVER SEE THEM BUT THEY GET THE JOB DONE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE TERMITES. I GUESS THE PRICE IS OKAY, I AM NOT REALLY SURE WHAT A COMPARABLE PRICE WOULD BE. AS FAR AS I CAN DETERMINE IT'S A GOOD PRICE.

THE SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY USUALLY CALL BEFORE THEY COME. THE HOUSE IS PRETTY BUG FREE, BUT THEY HAVE TO DO SOME EXTRA SPRAYING FOR BLACK ANTS. I THINK THEIR SERVICE HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY, AND I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH IT, ALTHOUGH MY SON THOUGHT THE PRICE FOR THE TERMITE SERVICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. I'VE BEEN IN THE SAME HOUSE FOR 38 YEARS, AND WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 35 OF THOSE YEARS, AND I'VE NEVER SEEN A BUG OR A RODENT AROUND MY HOUSE OR YARD.

I HAVE NO BUGS. SO THAT MEANS THEY PRODUCE GOOD RESULTS. TOO BAD THEY WONT WORK ON FLIES. I'M SURE THE PRICE WOULD HAVE TO BE COMPARABLE OR MY HUSBAND WOULDN'T USE THEM. THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT, THEY CAME IN AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO, AND WERE VERY POLITE. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT WHEN THEY LEFT THE HOUSE.

THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING SURE WE ARE HAPPY. THEY ALWAYS CHECK THE TRAPS DURING THEIR SERVICE RUNS AND THEY HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN KILLING ALL OF THE TERMITES. I AM SURE I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. I'VE BEEN USING THIS SERVICE FOR FOUR YEARS.

IT IS LESS PERSONALIZED SERVICE SINCE TERMINIX TOOK OVER THE LOCALLY OWNED COMPANY. BUT TERMINIX HAS RETAINED MANY OF THE LOCAL EMPLOYEES AND I'VE FOUND THAT RESPONSIVENESS TO MY QUESTIONS AND SPECIFIC NEEDS HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. ITS MORE THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA THAT HAS SUFFERED PROBLEMS. THERE HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS WITH BILLINGS ISSUES IN COMPUTER. THEY HAVE GENERATED BILLS THAT HAVE BEEN INCORRECT.
