Terminix® - Louisville -Termite & Pest Control

Did not take very long and he did outdoors, garage, basement and first floor. Seemingly no fumes or unpleasant odor and did not have to take things out of drawers, house, cabinets and garage.

Jim Raymer was the inspector on the property. Very punctual, responsive to all of our questions, professional, ON TIME, and can't say enough about being on time and being customer service oriented. Professional, the price was within other company's price range; he was wonderful. Mr. Raymer explained in detail where the termites were; how damaging they are to a home; he inspected inside and outside explainign every little detail we asked about on the way. At the end of the inspection, he printed off within 15 MINUTES a full, detailed report of action taken, what would be done to curb/eliminate any and all termites from the property; he gave us WRITTEN ESTIMATE of the termite inspection plan as well as pest control. I was very impressed that we had this written report within 15 minutes to turn over to our mortgage company, including the price and warranty. Customer service with Terminix is HIGH on my list to sign into a contract with them. This is good customer service and would recommend Terminix on Outer Loop to anyone seeking a pest control company.

I have just got a letter that their fee is going to be increased by $4. I went with them because I trusted the name brand.

One of the things I really like is that they will call and remind me when they will be coming so that I can be here when they come out to spray. If I am not here they can only spray outside and then you have to reschedule for them to come back out to spray inside.

The man who came out to spray was professional and pleasant. I had printed a $50 off coupon that was on Angies List for Terminix. I almost had to force the guy to take it, he said it wasn't necessary. The coupon would have brought the price down to $99. My credit card was charged $149. I made sure to tell the schedular at Terminix that I had a coupon and i know the man adjusted the bill to reflect the coupon but the credit card was still overcharged. I am disappointed that I will need to call them to have the bill adjusted when i made every effort to have it charged correctly originally.

We have always been very happy with them. They will come out in-between times if you call them. They are responsive; when you call them they will come, usually within a week or so.

They come once a month and we are happy with their services.

I would refer them. I am very happy with them. I have been using them for two or three years. They have the best service for the price. The quality of work is excellent. I will continue to use this provider.

As soon as we called them they came. It was with in a couple of hours. We had termites and it was big job. They came and did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job and cleaned up their mess.

Very professional, give you a post card reminder and text message for next scheduled appointment. I would recommend them if you don't want to have termites.

I have used them for the last 20 years. I think they are very efficient. I have not had any bugs after I started using them.

I am really unhappy because they would give me different times when they were coming and we waited on them to come for termite inspection and they never came. We got ready to leave and found a note on the door stating that the technician had came and he did not. He lied to us about it. I called the office and discussed it with them and they sent another technician. They were supposed to put signs that they could scan on doors under our sink where termites are found and they haven't done it. The guy came and didn't have the stuff to do it and they sent him back again to do. He stated that he had been at our house for the inspection but we never did see him. I told my husband I do not want Terminix to come back to our house because he lied about not showing up.

They do a termite treatment and inspection. Then I get a 5-year warranty. This was the first time I used them. Their service was prompt. Everything seemed to go fine. Termite treatments are kind of expensive. They're very responsive.

They are professional. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

It has gone pretty good. They answer all my questions and are friendly.

If I observe any issues with pests they come back out and treat with no charge. The man that comes to my house is very friendly. I have had others come out and did not have the same response so I request him now. They give individual attention and are cautious around my house.

Terminix is usually good at what they do.

He was a nice kid, just real whiny. He was not professional. The overall experience gets an F. I would not use this provider again.

They pushed the ants into our house. The technician was just moving them from one area to the next. They have people that aren't really trained. They just don't have experienced people there. We are giving them a chance though. The supervisor came out and told us he wasn't doing a good job. The guy who came out told us we needed to dig up all the trees and we asked why the heck we needed to dig up all our landscape. Then he said he was going to use the good stuff this time and we were wondering why he didn't use that the first time. They have driven us nuts. We are going to get rid of them.

They come on a regular basis, I haven’t had any bugs in the house, and I am totally satisfied with them. They are a good company, they are reliable, they come on a regular basis, and they let me know when they are going to come. Their service people always knock on the door to let me know that they are here and doing their job.

I love them! The salesman was very personable and nice, and the technicians are exactly the same as well as the receptionist. Everybody is extremely nice, personable, and great to deal with!

It’s been a great experience overall! The mechanics are really good guys and they’re very honest!

They have a quarterly service. They charge per year and I think it is $300. Once I had to call them out several times for a different thing and they always came. The guy who came out told us once that he saw a black widow nest or web or whatever and said he was spraying for it. My husband had some respiratory problem and he told him to stay out of that area for at least twenty four hours. I thought it was nice of him to do that. He was very conscientious. The price is a little bit too much. We would continue to use them in the future.
