Description of Work: They did an inspection and they did not find any termites. The technician informed me that I would not be covered if there was any damage from termites. I was disappointed that they never told me that before and I was paying more money than I was getting out of it.

Description of Work: I have had a contract with Terminix for many years and just paid $263.00 to renew it. Several appointments had been made but had to be changed. However someone was to come for an inside inspection the morning of March 2nd, but nobody came. I will have to call them and set up another appointment.

Description of Work: Annual inspection provided in our contract. Originally, we had a termite issue in our wood mulch landscaping years ago. Terminix installed a bait and kill system. After they determined the termites were eliminated, the contract calls for annual inspections. If termites return, they address at no additional cost, which includes if any damage is present. |Inspection service is very good. Scheduling service through the office has been hit and miss.

Description of Work: A glib salesman talked my wife into signing up for their service. He said it would cost $90, but the contract was for a whole year; that's $360. The last service was in the cold of winter. The actual amount of spraying was negligible. Don't ever pay for extermination service in the winter. We have one more service on our contract. After that, having seen their work, I will perform the spraying myself.

Description of Work: Watch bait traps that surround the house (I live next to a forest area). They announce when they will come, and leave a report after each inspection. They know the business of termites.

Description of Work: Terminex sent a representative to inspect for termites. We have had Terminex since October 1, 1986, and every year they do a follow-up check. The annual contract goes up every year, the cost for the contract is $293 good until October, 2015.
